Empowerment

Today let us be reminded of our beautiful, unique empowerment.

 

 

♥ Sit quietly and close your eyes. Take a breath and feel into your being, perhaps your heart, your belly or simply the very centre of yourself. Here you find a point of light, a seed. Be with that seed in this moment and feel the multi-dimensional, ever expanding, creative essence of you. As you inhale feel yourself retreat to your seed, the still point within you. As you exhale know that you are always blossoming, always bearing fruit always creating.  A quiet descends and moves through you….. From that quiet the most beautiful sounds you have ever heard and felt become you. Realise this is your inner voice, for you are hearing and feeling the whispers of the Universal Heart. ……... a new path opens up…. continue your journey...♥

Newness is emerging

Today I am fumbling around in the dark, flaying and grasping for words to appear. This often happens when I am integrating new ideas and feelings, trying to force an explanation & make sense of it.

 

Instead I will feel myself through this - give myself a break and get out of my own way … So I will meditate and allow Kurt Vonnegut to do the talking for me today.

Dream

This full moon has illuminated where my resistances are through my scary, weird, surreal, absurd and farcical dreams. This morning I awoke to my head spinning from a night of extreme dreaming - face your fears, set yourself free and become all you are. When you allow this to happen in your dreams it will flow into your waking life. Everything starts with a dream……..♥

Full Moon in Leo

 A full moon brings about completion, release and celebration, Illuminating your inner world and deepest desires.

Allow Leo to shine upon your inner seeds, feel them sprouting, moving, gently growing. Your beauty, courage and love will shine as you feel old masks melting away. The energy of Leo surrounds you in warm waves of love for yourself and others.

As you acknowledge your inner wisdom and power - feel the old excuses slipping away …… time to have fun, let go, party, enjoy your friends and family. Trust and surrender to the love of the universe - for the life you want is on it's way, in the meantime enjoy the process and beauty of this life.

All is stirring, the old and the new moving to unite in full co- creation. Mixing it up to become more. Allow all the mixed feelings to move through you like liquid creation. Gaia the cousciouness of Mother Earth

Mother Earth is not something to be revered or  dominated , she just is and she is a reflection of who we are.

We will only revere her when we don't feel worthy and we will only dominate when we are scared, fearful about who we are. Can you see it is the same fears that underlie both.

Mother earth knows you are grateful because you are here, allow the beauty that is all around you to remind you of your beauty. Be in the flow of beauty, for in this place you can now feel and co -create with Mother Earth. You can feel her higher consciousness, be aligned with her creations and what she would like to create for her physicalness. 

You are a part of her creation as she is a part of your creation. When we unite and create together, infinite possibilities abound. Her loves flows to you always, Om Shanti, Denise

You are Eternal

 

There are many ways that will lead you to your higher self. Listen to your higher self, for it will always lead you in the direction that is aligned with your highest path. Feel good and let all resistance fall away and you will create miracles.

Come back to that gentle inward attention, that touching of yourself with yourself, then you can emulate this feeling anytime in your life.

Your loving Awareness will direct you to your heart, to your truth - where from this moment, right now, you can move forward into a limitless life. You are Eternal, Denise♥♥

See through new eyes

Meditation workshop

Today I am teaching the first of a series of meditation workshops.

 

For 15 years I have been facilitating meditation classes and this new year has me breathing life into the very thing that supported me through transformation. It has been quietly stirring within me awaiting me to become a vibrational match to the idea. I have been focused elsewhere seeking other avenues of inspiration, however it has always been there.

 

 

 Now that I flow in the path of least resistance, here it is. Life constantly surprises me. What are you creating today? Whatever you focus on or think you deserve is what will come. So dream a new dream if you don't like the one you are in. All is well, Denise♥♥

Spiral Inward

 

The labyrinth is a physical manifestation of the journey to the centre of your deepest self and back out into the world with an expanded feeling of who you are.

Many great sages have said the self and the universe are one; there is no difference between the inner and the outer. To truly know the self is to know the nature of everything. Know thyself ~ Be thyself.

♥Think of a question or concern, clear your mind of conscious thought and use your mouse or finger to 'walk' the labyrinth, or simply meditate on the image. Feel the illuminating power in the sacred design and notice how you feel when you emerge from the labyrinth.♥ Spiral inward, Denise♥

Rainbow Meditation

 

 

Sit quietly, connect to your breath, allow the rhythm of the Universe, the music of the Spheres to flow over and within you.

 

Imagine you are sitting under a vibrant rainbow. Imagine the colours of that rainbow pass over and through you in waves of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

 

Breathe the colours in one by one - stay with each colour as long as you need to. See all the colours dissolve into white light.

 

Sit quietly in this awareness of you, when you feel ready move into an "unfolding of wonderment" day. Namaste, Denise♥

Meditation class - Increase you awareness

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $15 - Expand your Awareness. 

Be a living expression of the Universal Life force, allow it to flow through you, to inspire, to illuminate the love in all.

Today say to yourself, "May I open to that great awareness which is my true nature, and may my actions flow from that awareness." Old beliefs will fall away, so the new can emerge.

Stuck energies will become unstuck - Step into new territory and be a pioneer.

You are the Goddess

The Goddess dances her sacred wonderment through all, recreating herself in every moment. I look around me in wonder, especially the stars above as they sparkle and wink. Points of light in the darkness illuminating the space where we will expand, as we create upon this planet Earth.

 

Let us be reminded - we are a co-creator in this dance of creation. We are the cells in the body of the Goddess and we are an essential part of this eternal Universe. As above so below, as within so without. As it is. Namaste Denise♥

You are Wise

 

The New Moon gives us the opportunity to go within, to know oneself. Feel it as a black, velvety matrix - a void where all possibilities are one in the heart of creation - the seed of new beginnings. The way out is the way in. You are what you seek, you are distracted by what you are yet to love.

 

Activate you inner wisdom and allow the equal amount of positives and negatives about any experience or situation to enter your awareness. When this occurs they cancel each other out, healing happens and all resistance about that situation or experience melts away.

 

You are left feeling soft and easier, the veil of illusion parts and you have an aha moment. "Now I understand why that was here in my life, that makes so much sense for my life is always showing me how to come back into balance, so I can see and feel my higher wisdom"'. NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN

NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN - JANUARY 12th AUST EDT 6.43am, JANUARY 11th GMT 7.43pm, PST 11.43am

The New Moon always gives you an opportunity to spiral within. This illuminates the parts of you that are hidden, in order to bring healing, balance and a realisation of Oneness.

Capricorn new moon brings us the tenacity to stay true to our path as we define and embrace the foundations and structures in our life. Now that we are moving in a whole new paradigm, it is important to merge and create with it. Realise your truth outways what anyone else says or does to you. Feel your truth as you feel the truth of others.

♥Combine your dreams with your practical wisdom and watch your path unfold into places you never though possible.  Today, you don’t have to figure anything out, just allow Universal love and wisdom to rain down upon you, liquid light filled with love, wisdom, strength – cleansing, clearing, healing … waves of love. The Source

The Source is within you, accept this and know it flows within you. You are a unique expression of the Source. Honour the eternal light within you.

Even if you can't see it or feel it, know it is there, shining within you. Move your vibration to meet it by just knowing it is possible.

Every day you are becoming more. Say to yourself  "Though it may not be visible today, I feel this mystery and I know I am growing, expanding, becoming more in every moment and I lack nothing. I will look and focus for where this is right now, instead of where I think it is missing."

Meditation - Your Higher Self

Meditation Gathering, coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday 10am, $15. This week we give focus to our Higher Self.♥

 ♥ Sit quietly, close your eyes and breath. Imagine your breath guiding you to your higher self. You float towards a star…. As you enter the light of this star, all feels familiar. Light beings, your soul family, gently move around you…..Open yourself to receive the waves of love, compassion and peace they send to you. Enchantment

 

We have been well trained in observing all around us and reacting to it - good or bad. Today, lets do something different let us observe and then sense the vibration - feel into life.

Maybe we  have forgotten what it is like to truly feel, as so many of us mistake any depth of feeling for sadness, any sense of the unknown for fear and any sense of peace for boredom.

The Meaning of Life

The Meaning of Life is to give Life Meaning.♥

Open

Sit quietly in front of a window…. Feel your breathing slow down as you focus on the Breathe of Life……. gently close your eyes and ask the window "How do I allow light and love to enter my being".

Sense the answer as a stirring, an illumination of your heart…. Feel love and light pouring in as your favourite colour.. Imagine you fling open the window…...a gentle breeze parts the curtain between your inner and outer worlds….

Step into the light of your essence …...love, knowingness and bliss is you…… Slowly open your eyes, look through the window with new eyes. What do you see? ♥♥♥

Change your Vibration

 

A belief is a thought we think many times or are told over and over again - when you change your thoughts you change your beliefs. If you change your thoughts and your beliefs you will change your life, for you will always get the life that you think and feel you deserve.

Today you may like to say to yourself: I am not limited by my past or future thinking. I choose my thoughts with care and mindfulness. I constantly have new insights and new ways of seeing my world. I am willing to change and grow. Expand your mind and heart, Denise♥♥♥

Inquire Within

Meditation Class

 

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm, Friday 10 am, $15 – A New Direction - I am willing to change in 2013. Sometimes, we get in our own way and believe the culmination of all others ideas and beliefs that we have taken during our life in order to be loved and accepted. These become obstacles, we feel we are not good enough, which starts the justification and analysing process each time you want to take a new direction in this life. So, when we move out of our own way letting go of anything that limits us, we will be lifted to our higher self that will show you a higher perspective full of ideas and beliefs that resonate with you, where all becomes clear. Awaken

 

Wake up, rub the illusions away from your eyes – surrender to new possibilities know you create everything in your life, for  your energy affects everything.

Your job is to make yourself feel as good as you possibly can in each moment of your life. There is now no reason to be pushed and shoved around by your or other's manifestations.

Go within, go to your sacred space and surrender to your great awakening. The mist of illusion will part from your eyes and you will marvel at the wondrous creative journey of Love that you came here to experience.
