Reiki

Tonight is our Monthly Reiki share evening. The Evening is designed to give Reiki Channels an opportunity to practise. If you have never tried a Reiki this is a great place to try it. The Evening will start with a short meditation, followed with group Reiki healings. From 7pm to 8.30pm - $15

This video is a wonderful reminder that when we let go and allow ourselves to just be, we connect to love. This activates our own natural healing process where we feel the complete wellness of our being. Animals are great teachers – reminding us to feel into life, allowing our lives to unfold instead of trying to control, worry and make things happen.

Father's day

Today on Father’s day we have an opportunity to honour the men who are or have been within our life - whether they raised us, loved us or are being brought up by us.

Let us also honour the divine masculine within - recognise and give thanks to the part of you that guides your decision making and action, nurtures you and supports your goals.

This warm, loving energy filled with courage and strength is the inner presence that allows you to act on your creative thoughts. What is one thing you Father showed or told you, that connected to your inner masculine?

Choice

Imagine

All that you truly desire - starts with your imagination, being able to imagine it.

The Seed

Midway upon the journey of our life I found myself within a forest dark, for the straightforward pathway had been lost.~ Dante.♥

Now is the time to look within. Take a breath and feel into your being, perhaps your heart, your belly or simply the very centre of yourself. Here you find a point of light, a seed. Be with that seed for a moment and feel the multi-dimensional, ever expanding, creative essence of you. In spring this seed blossoms. As you inhale feel yourself retreat to your seed, the still point within you. As you exhale know that you are always blossoming, always bearing fruit as a new path opens up.

Meditation class

The theme for meditation classes this week is The Inner Child. Reconnect with your spontaneity, joy, magic and wonder as spring arrives. Allow yourself the opportunity to heal something from your childhood that may be energetically holding back in that time.

Spring

Trees are springing to life, leaves unfurl and blossoms bloom, announcing – spring has arrived.

Feel the rebirth within your heart, breathe in the energy of life and breathe out the energy of life.

Allow your self to connect to the eternal cycle of creativity as the breathe gives life to life.

Life always has a way of living, let go of trying to figure it all out and flow as the breathe does and watch your life spring into being.
