The Guest House

This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.

An Ocean of Peace

Relax, be still… Allow yourself to relax as you float in the ocean of infinite love. Just rest and know you are sustained by this great ocean of strength and of infinite peace. Your Higher self, angels, guides, loved ones and the whole Universe see you as love, as your truth, as the beautiful soul that you are – in this moment, in this place - see your self as they do…. no judgment , just waves of pure unconditional love. Be still. All is well.

Guides and Angels

For a long time I thought I had no angels and guides with me, until one day while I was meditating, a small gentle voice in my head said “We are the colours you see and feel”. Over time the colours evolved into personalities and different energetic vibrations that I learnt to recognise through my intuition and feelings. How do you feel and recognise your angels and guides?

Meditation Class

The theme for meditation classes this week is The Three Fold Flame.

This flame sits within your heart and is made up of a pink, blue and gold flame. The Pink flame represents divine love; the Gold flame represents divine wisdom and the Blue flame represents divine power.

Breathe into your heart and step into your three fold flame, feel the qualities of each flame as you allow yourself to be transformed into your highest self.

New Moon in Virgo

NEW MOON IN VIRGO 8th SEPTEMBER AUST EST 8.29pm . The New Moon is a time to go within, to feel and work with parts of us that may be hidden. For me it is a black, velvety matrix - a void where all possibilities are one in the heart of creation - the seed of new beginnings.

Virgo's wisdom gives us the opportunity to change, shift and morph into the best physical vehicle for this particular moment in time.

Visualise yourself as an efficiency master connected and listening with an open heart to the Earth, to Gaia the consciousness of the Earth. You will realise creative ways to organise your space, work and home, creating order out of seeming chaos.

Reiki Share

I would like to thank all who came to Reiki share last night. We had a wonderful night of healing for all. I would like to share with you and remind all Reiki channels of The Principles of Reiki. You may like to incorporate these into your daily meditation practise.
