Meditation Class

The theme for Meditation classes this week is your Soul Family. This family is filled with non-physical light beings (EG. Angels and Guides) who flow in the same stream of consciousness as you do. Wed 7pm and Fri 10am $12

Sit quietly, close your eyes and breath. Imagine your breath guiding you to your higher self. You float towards a star…. As you enter the light of this star, all feels familiar. Light beings, your soul family, gently move around you…..Open yourself to receive the waves of love, compassion and peace they send to you. Open yourself to the truth of you as you expand into the star that you. Follow your breath as it guides you back to your physical self.

Psychic Circle

In our Psychic Circle class last night we leart to read Angel & Oracle cards. As far-fetched or chaotic as it might seem, the random pattern in which the cards turn up is part of a greater, symbolic pattern or picture, working in conjunction with the creative impulses of the universe. When we open our minds & hearts to infinite possibilities, this somehow starts to make sense.

A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, it feels an impulsion....this is the place to go now. But the sky knows the reason and the patterns behind all clouds, and you will know, too, when you lift yourself high enough to see beyond horizons.

Symbols

I am teaching the first day of Reiki 2 today - this energy has reminded me: within each of us is the ability to understand signs and symbols. As we integrate them into our energy systems, they trigger a remembrance of who we are. This helps deepen your relationship to all, especially your relationship with self, allowing your passion, love and beauty to unfold.


The symbols below are Ankh, Caduceus, Flower of Life, Monad, Yin Yan, Ouroboros, Triple Moon, Om, Wedjat.











Clarify your mission. Identify it visually until you “see” it! Say it to yourself until you “hear” it. Hold it as a thought. Hold it as a feeling. Endure both positive and negative feedback. Your mastery of life will endure. Our life’s mastery is really our mental mastery. Give and Receive

Breath and move yourself into Oneness. Connect with the web of life of which you are a part. From this vantage point ,feel the soul of you and others, not the personality and release the need to be saved or to save others. Walk your beautiful, unique path and release any paths that are not yours to follow…….. Realise your potential for love by loving all.

Pause for a moment, close your eyes and open yourself to receive love from your soul. As you accept this love, say to yourself " I deserve this unlimited supply of love, for it is who I am." Your soul love and accepts you fully - there are no exceptions.♥

Meditation Classes

The theme for Meditation classes this week is Metta or loving-kindness meditation from the Buddhist tradition. It is a powerful practice to open to and embody unconditional love of yourself and others. Gently close your eyes, breath into your heart…. Allow your heart to be filled with the light and love of The Universe… breath this in...to your whole body. Be filled and nourished with light and love - now you have this connection it is always there… an infinite flow on love and light .. You are so loved by all… Allow this light to flow from you for the light and love of all beings, animals, the earth and the Universe…………..


Today as with each day, we have the opportunity to be fully present in each moment - calling back our precious energy that we may have sent out with our thoughts, worries and needs - into the past or the future. With all your energy present, you are fully primed to step forward into a life of growth and expansion where all possibilities exist. If you are reading this you have the courage to be true to you…………...

Reiki

Your natural state of being is to be aligned with your essence in every moment - here you will feel life unfolding with joy and synchronicity.

Tonight is our Reiki Share/Practise - 7pm $15.
The Evening gives Reiki Channels an opportunity to practise and exchange knowledge for ongoing development. The Evening commences with a short meditation and discussion, then follows with group Reiki healings.
