FULL MOON IN ARIES - AUST EST 12th October 1.06pm, GMT 2.06am, PDT 11th October 7.06pm. A full moon shines light on our inner world, illuminating our deepest desires. Take a deep breath and step into the life you really,... really want – do what makes you feel alive. This moon gives you the opportunity to strip back all the illusions, the self doubt and fear, when these melt away you are left with... your creative essence - no obstacles or boundaries. This moon may give you a little energetic push forward to “just do it”, take that leap of faith and fly. If you are unsure of your direction, take a deep breath, listen to your heart and hear your soul calling to you with the infinite potential of you.

Meditation Classes this week are working with Moon Energy. Moons are reflectors of what you are feeling - Without the light of the Moon within us, we would not be able to respond to our feelings. Our moon is mirroring the Earth's consciousness back to us, as all moons within the Universe reflect planetary feelings. As you gaze at the moon, she honours your bravery to be self - reflective as she mirrors the light of the sun to you. Immerse yourself in the silvery rays of our moon and feel all your feelings illuminated in the light of the goddess. As you become aware - you heal your reactions and emotions and move closer and closer to the mastery of you. ♥

The Infinite

All things—all beings and all activities, no matter how ordinary—are equal expressions of the Infinite. There is no more or less Infinite, no higher or lower Infinite. Therefore, all attempts to either find or hold onto the Infinite are based in illusion. And illusion itself is none other than the Infinite.

The Infinite uses all measures in order to awaken in all the various forms in existence. It uses birth, life, death, happiness, sorrow, clarity, and delusion in order to awaken. All of your seeking is in reality the activity of the Infinite as well. No matter how far astray or deluded you become, you can never get a single step away from the Infinite’s embrace. If you could all at once stop believing your dreaming mind and be completely still right in the midst of your present state, the Infinite would effortlessly present itself. ~ Adyashanti

Enlightenment

Today allow the light of all who have come before to illuminate your light. We all have something to create and offer this life - it is up to you to find it and be it, stop trying to fit in or be something you are not, all you need to do is listen to you.

When you realise this you will find that all you need and want has always been with you in one form or another - for you have been living your mission since you arrived here.

You are Sacred

Life is sacred. Sacred in the way that it is the animator of your soul. Life is your body, it is a manifestation of you…. If you can create your body, there is no end to what you can create…….. Breath in the breathe of life - be present in each moment, you are free to be who you are, feel into the essence of you, the larger part of you …. The divine, the grace, the you that you are……….feel into this eternal, ever expanding wonderment of you and know a knowingness of your truth - Bliss and joy. Namaste♥

Meditation classes The Divine Masculine and Feminine

The theme for Meditation this week is discovering and healing the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.

We all have a feminine and a masculine side to us. In Jungian psychology, it is termed the anima and animus: the male has an inner feminine, while the female has an inner masculine.

Neither is more or less important than the other - they simply offer us different and very necessary parts of our being for our soul to create through. Allow them come together in your heart and feel the oneness of you.

Allow God/Goddess energy to enter your world…. Softly and gently close your eyes... imagine yourself floating into space, a black, velvety matrix….. all around you are shimming, twinkling gold and silver stars. Float in this wondrous place of stillness and silence. Breath in the silence, through the stillness you hear whispers flowing from your heart.
