Meditation Class

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $12.

As you read this you are being enveloped in love, the breathe of life - the very stuff that brings balance to all things, the Universal life force.

This is your natural state of being, open your heart and let it in. Unconditional love encircles your fears, anxieties, hurts and expectations, transforming all into love - into balance.

The illusion of unbalanced thinking melts away - you now become love, gratitude and grace - seeing and feeling the perfection of all.

Your intuition is the feeling manifestation of your higher self - lifting you to love.♥

Take a deep breath, move your awareness to a place in you that feels balanced and soft, as you breathe out let go of any resistance in your body or mind that is out of balance, that which feels hard.

Feel this soft, balanced feeling and perspective expand within you - focus on your breathing until your whole body feels soft and relaxed - take as long as you like.

Focus on feeling, and know that you can control how you feel by focussing on this softness within you - if you find yourself being distracted by your focus on the outside world or your thoughts, gently bring yourself back to your breathing and your inner world.

As you connect to balanced, focussed, unconditional you - your soul inspiration will reveal your highest, most loving, most fun, most exciting, most abundant way to be in this world. From this place that action………….♥

Resurrection

The new paradigm, the new dignity is a resurrection, not a literal one after death, just a new spiritual identity after you finally give up the old one and allow it to fall away.

It is a lightness of being, “beyond the beyond” falling into grace and the embrace of people of like mind, who also went through the uncertainty of letting go, to the spiritual resurrection that is on the other side. They arrived as you will, to the new paradigm and dignity that awaits.
