The Mind is beautiful

We enter and explore the mind not to master it, but not to be mastered by it. You don't have to change your mind, make and force it to be different to what it is, just because you don't like what it is saying.

We are not battling the mind, we are making love, peace and embracing the mind. From this vibration of unconditional love, your mind and heart heal and open, coming together in harmony - now from this balanced place you can do what Gandhi suggested we do in order for us to be free "Be the Change you want to see in the world ". Allow yourself to connect to what inspires and illuminates your joy and love – information is just information, it does not matter where it comes from. Take what feels right for you and throw the rest out. Today allow yourself to be open to the creative heart of the Universe - feel liquid light and love expand within you.♥

Rebirth

Today I awake to a new beginning - the tears have washed away the old, the pain, the resistance. Let us all take a deep breath, put one foot in front of the other and move.

Start from where you are - there is no need for plans, itineraries or expectations, embrace all that comes your way,let the moment decide your response. Mother Earth surrounds you with emerald green light that flows from her heart, helping you to feel safe under a sheltering sky.

The veil of illusion is parting - new ways are being revealed, stories are being brought into balance and love. Allow your higher perspective to unveil the truth of anything that has been shrouded in an old story of limitation or blame. Feel your new balanced sight as love. Now you know what the choice is and can choose love in any moment.

Meditation Class

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $12. - This weeks theme is Awareness – moving beyond avoidance and denial.

♥The cosmic seal of awareness is awakened. Consume it like a fruit and let it blossom within you. Feel this energy with clear awareness and attention and an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within you.

Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of a larger patter and your connection to it, often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colours and creative pursuits.

The veil over your true self is lifted by your clearly aligned intent. Ask and you shall receive. Acknowledge and activate your birth right of divine connection. You shall be sensitised to the vibration resonance of cosmic communication. Create a relationship with your essence self and a deep cellular remembrance will be activated.♥

Surrender

Today I find great love, gratitude and wonderment at all I have accomplished and created. It is time to let go - I honour all that I have done. Whatever I have created, whatever I have accomplished, I will no longer cling to it.....I let it go.... I move on, in order to create more - accomplish more.

As I stand in my local park, observing the deciduous trees transforming, a gentle breeze brings a rustling from the leaves that moves within my heart. Thank you leaves for your wisdom.

The time is ripe for a leaf to release itself from the tree, It has been feed, nurtured and sustained, but it is only in letting go that it will transform. It releases from the tree and drifts like a feather to the waiting arms of Mother Earth. She embraces and welcomes the brave leaf, transforming it into the eternal, loving embrace of all. Here the leaf becomes part of the rich soil where new seeds are planted and grown. A new creation starts………...

You are always connected to your infinite stream of divine guidance.

Still yourself for a moment and allow it to flow to your awareness. Imagine a point of light within your heart centre - see it growing into a golden flame. Feel its beautiful warmth sending waves of relaxation through you.

This is your light of Awareness, a guiding presence that is always with you. Allow your being to rest in this place. Trust this light knows you, always revealing your truth and essence to you.♥

Each moment releases the wisdom, love and empowerment needed to bring balance to every situation, person or place active in our energy in that moment.

If you are focused somewhere else in space or time you miss the gift, for the only time we ever truly have is now. Be fully present in each moment allowing the moment to decide your response.

Pay attention, be present - don't believe anything, don't place old stories, beliefs or assumptions on to any situation or person. If you believe your beliefs it will divide and hold you away from the moment.

Look to self and feel the energy of the full moon wash away the belief of perfectionism - for all is perfect in each moment.♥
