Reborn

Today I have awoken to a new me, a me that has come to peace with where I am. I feel my set point has shifted and the world I knew has transformed, into the world I have always dreamed of.

This new perception sees me moving towards the person I have always wanted to be, instead of the one that thinks I have to be perfect before I can be worthy of the life I truly want.

Be Who You Are

Sometimes we get in our own way and believe the culmination of all others ideas and beliefs in order to feel loved and accepted. These become obstacles - we feel we are not good enough, which starts the justification and analysing process each time you want to take a new direction in this life.

When we move out of our own way, letting go of anything that limits us, we will be lifted to our higher self where we will see and feel a higher perspective full of ideas and beliefs that resonate with us - in this place all becomes clear.

Dream

Today I am teaching the first day of Reiki 2. Each class is different and full of wonderment and creative inspiration - I connect to deeper parts of myself and creation through the reflection of students. Breath in and feel your inspiration, illuminate your dreams and desire. Your dreams are the expanded you, what will you do today to realise your dream?

 

Every moment of your life contains all that you need to take you to the next moment and the next...... As you place yourself in this inspired perspective more inspiration will follow - a feeling, a momentum will move through you, urging you in a particular direction. Mystics and scientists have gazed at the heavens - the Universe and wondered the same things. Mystics speak their observations through poetry as Scientists speak their observations through numbers and formulas and never the twain shall meet...

- until now - for we realise we are all speaking our observation of the truth. Fractals are a wonderful union of poetry and numbers - a new awareness of the eternal, the very nature of our essence. Meditation Class

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm, Friday 10 am, $15. Theme for the week mandalas and labyrinths. 

 

 ♥On this full moon night, draw down the light of the full moon - allow it to illuminate your beauty as you spiral the moon light into your centre. Think of a question or concern, clear your mind of conscious thought and use your mouse or finger to 'walk' the labyrinth, or simply meditate on the image. Feel the inherent power in the sacred design and notice how you feel when you emerge from the labyrinth.♥

The labyrinth is a metaphor for the journey to the centre of your deepest self and back out into the world with an expanded feeling of who you are. Many great sages have said the self and the universe are one; there is no difference between the inner and the outer and to truly know the self is to know the nature of everything. Know thyself ~ Be thyself.

Imbolc and Lammas

Happy Imbolc in the Southern hemisphere and Happy Lammas in the Northern hemisphere.

Imbolc gives us the opportunity to celebrate the awakening Earth and the rising life force that initiates fertility and Growth. The time for action is beginning and Imbolc reminds us to stay connected and present with our inner life as we move create and manifest in the outer world.

Honour the growing strength of the sun by lighting a candle, feel the golden light surround you and flow within you - illuminating your path and giving life to our ideas, visions and dreams.

 Lammas gives us the opportunity to give thanks to the Earth for her abundance and to express our gratitude for our own personal harvest. As the energy of the Sun begins to wane, connect to the path within, draw inward the fulfilment of outer achievements - allowing them to transform into the seeds of our future that we will nurture within.

Honour your abundance and success and feel the light of the Sun flowing through you into Mother Earth. Allow your dreams and desires to become seeds that are held lovingly in the arms of Mother Earth, awaiting the time for growth.
