Meditation Class

 

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $15 - open to your mystery.

You are a unique expression of the Divine. Honour the eternal light within you. Even if you can't see it or feel it, know it is there, shining within you. Move your vibration to meet it by just knowing it is possible. Every day you are becoming more.

 

Say to yourself "Though it may not be visible today, I feel this mystery and I know I am growing, expanding, becoming more in every moment and I lack nothing. I will look and focus for where this is right now, instead of where I think it is missing." All is well, Denise♥

Close your eyes, take a deep breath in and as you let it out ,feel your consciousness rising....... moving toward your higher self, your higher perspective.

 

Gently let go and surrender all that holds you back...Feel your mind and body soften, lighten, feeling at ease with all.
 

Allow the words "All things are possible" to combine with your whole being…. expanding into the love of you.♥ .......

Today Saturn moves into Scorpio - Change is constant, let us embrace this energy as a way to transform. The choice is yours - feel into the path of least resistance and all will flow - feel your wisdom, know you are love and be who you are.

 

Look to the stars, not as a way to escape this earth, but for guidance - for a sense of who you are.

Look to the stars for they are gateways beyond space and time - illuminating the eternal moment that is NOW.

 

Listen with your heart as the source that you are a part of, speaks through the starlight - feel the words as they inspire the very truth and love of you. Eternity is now, Shine on. 

As Saturn alerts you to your higher path, ask your higher self to show you something in the next 24 hours that you have not seen before. A new perception, a different way of looking at something that you have seen a hundred times before.

 

Then open yourself to receive. Something unusual will present itself and you will see the external world is in fact internal, communicating to you in a detached, non-judgmental way - Unconditional love.You are expanding, Denise♥

A New Earth

Let us create a new Earth, a new Universe. Take a deep breath and gently release everything we have learned in our lives. Feel the veils of illusion lifting as a new understanding, a new dream begins.

 

Your life is your creation, it is your perception of reality that you can change at any time. You have the power to create hell and you have the power to create heaven - it takes the same amount of energy to create both.

 

Just for today, dream a different dream - let us focus on what is here, the beauty that is hidden from us when we focus on what we think is missing. You are worthy, Denise♥

You will know your beautiful, unique truth, tune into & trust your inner guidance & will consciously participate in the creation of your reality. As it is, Denise♥

♥Place your hands palm up. Imagine in one hand is your free will & in the other is your destiny. Bring your hands together as you say the words “I choose”. As your hands meet, become aware - feel the duality of free will & destiny dissolve into oneness, as you come to peace with responsibility & possibility of choice♥

David Hawkins - In Memoriam

I have just been made aware that a favourite writer of mine - Dr David Hawkins passed away on the 19th of September. He was an enlightened being, right out on the leading edge of spirituality and science - may his work now become part of all of us, gently pushing us all towards our truth and becoming all that we can be.
