Rainbow Meditation

 

 

Sit quietly, connect to your breath, allow the rhythm of the Universe, the music of the Spheres to flow over and within you.

 

Imagine you are sitting under a vibrant rainbow. Imagine the colours of that rainbow pass over and through you in waves of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

 

Breathe the colours in one by one - stay with each colour as long as you need to. See all the colours dissolve into white light.

 

Sit quietly in this awareness of you, when you feel ready move into an "unfolding of wonderment" day. Namaste, Denise♥

Meditation class - Increase you awareness

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $15 - Expand your Awareness. 

Be a living expression of the Universal Life force, allow it to flow through you, to inspire, to illuminate the love in all.

Today say to yourself, "May I open to that great awareness which is my true nature, and may my actions flow from that awareness." Old beliefs will fall away, so the new can emerge.

Stuck energies will become unstuck - Step into new territory and be a pioneer.

You are the Goddess

The Goddess dances her sacred wonderment through all, recreating herself in every moment. I look around me in wonder, especially the stars above as they sparkle and wink. Points of light in the darkness illuminating the space where we will expand, as we create upon this planet Earth.

 

Let us be reminded - we are a co-creator in this dance of creation. We are the cells in the body of the Goddess and we are an essential part of this eternal Universe. As above so below, as within so without. As it is. Namaste Denise♥

You are Wise

 

The New Moon gives us the opportunity to go within, to know oneself. Feel it as a black, velvety matrix - a void where all possibilities are one in the heart of creation - the seed of new beginnings. The way out is the way in. You are what you seek, you are distracted by what you are yet to love.

 

Activate you inner wisdom and allow the equal amount of positives and negatives about any experience or situation to enter your awareness. When this occurs they cancel each other out, healing happens and all resistance about that situation or experience melts away.

 

You are left feeling soft and easier, the veil of illusion parts and you have an aha moment. "Now I understand why that was here in my life, that makes so much sense for my life is always showing me how to come back into balance, so I can see and feel my higher wisdom"'. Today look where your dreams are in your life instead of where they are not. You are wise, Namaste, Denise♥

NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN - JANUARY 12th AUST EDT 6.43am, JANUARY 11th GMT 7.43pm, PST 11.43am

The New Moon always gives you an opportunity to spiral within. This illuminates the parts of you that are hidden, in order to bring healing, balance and a realisation of Oneness.

Capricorn new moon brings us the tenacity to stay true to our path as we define and embrace the foundations and structures in our life. Now that we are moving in a whole new paradigm, it is important to merge and create with it. Realise your truth outways what anyone else says or does to you. Feel your truth as you feel the truth of others.

♥Combine your dreams with your practical wisdom and watch your path unfold into places you never though possible.  Today, you don’t have to figure anything out, just allow Universal love and wisdom to rain down upon you, liquid light filled with love, wisdom, strength – cleansing, clearing, healing … waves of love. The Source

The Source is within you, accept this and know it flows within you. You are a unique expression of the Source. Honour the eternal light within you.

Even if you can't see it or feel it, know it is there, shining within you. Move your vibration to meet it by just knowing it is possible.

Every day you are becoming more. Say to yourself  "Though it may not be visible today, I feel this mystery and I know I am growing, expanding, becoming more in every moment and I lack nothing. I will look and focus for where this is right now, instead of where I think it is missing."

Meditation - Your Higher Self

Meditation Gathering, coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday 10am, $15. This week we give focus to our Higher Self.♥

 ♥ Sit quietly, close your eyes and breath. Imagine your breath guiding you to your higher self. You float towards a star…. As you enter the light of this star, all feels familiar. Light beings, your soul family, gently move around you…..Open yourself to receive the waves of love, compassion and peace they send to you. Open yourself to the truth of you as you expand into the star that you. Follow your breath as it guides you back to your physical self.♥ Namaste, Denise♥
