Be Illuminated

Awaken now! You are so much more than you think you are. You are not your thoughts, you are not what you are seeing in your life at this moment. What ever you think you see or think is a match to your vibration, remember your energy affects everything - Change your vibration and you will change your life.

 

Your job is to make yourself feel as good as you possibly can in each moment of your life. Please, no more being pushed and shoved around by your or others manifestations. Go within, go to your sacred space and surrender to the great awakening. The mist of illusion will part from your eyes and you will marvel at the wondrous creative journey of Love that you came here to experience. Wake up now!

 

Your Power ends, where your fear begins. As you awaken, your joy, wisdom, consciousness and awareness expand. Your heart burst opens like a long forgotten flower, revealing your essence, your higher unified self filled with loving energy that flows from the creative heart of the Universe.

You don't have to believe this for it to be true, you are so loved no matter what you do. You are worthy of love - today it is time to decide what your life is worth. Projection and Reflection

 

Meditation class focussed on the shadow last night and I was reminded, actually slapped in the face by an old pattern. Thank you to my brave students who by embracing their shadow, assisted this teacher and student of expansion, to become more. When I arrived home after class, the tears leapt from my eyes with such force I had no choice but to be alerted to an unbalanced point if view.

 

The tears are a manifestation of a resistance that melted away, a letting go, a coming to peace with - I just didn't realise how much I was hanging on to an old pattern of needing to be accepted and loved. Today, I will endeavour to accept and embrace every part of me, for until I do I am at the mercy of my disowned parts that just want to be loved and accepted, constantly making themselves known to me in what ever way they can.

 

If you have a reaction to someone's words or actions today, take a breath and a step back, for they are mirroring a similar vibration of you that wants to be released or integrated. There is also another side to this observation that needs to be recognised - if you are inspired by someone's beauty, wisdom or love, take a breath and step back for they are reflecting what you have not yet recognised in yourself. We are all as One, co - operating through love to bring balance to all. Namaste, Denise♥

Meditation Classes - The Shadow

The Shadow is a part of our journey and yet most of us deny or run away from it. It is not as scary as we believe it will be, for your dark side holds hidden treasure, the gold of you, your dreams and desires and a more fulfilling life. Your shadow will makes itself know to you every day. It is why we get angry, annoyed, judge and sabotage ourselves. Until you get to know and embrace this part of you, it will run you. You will continue to hurt yourself and those you love, never fulfilling the greatness of you – your potential, all that you are.

♥Let us not be concerned with where we have come from or where we may be going. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel into the eternal moment happening now and now and now. Allow all to be as it is, sink deeper into you, fall into your Grace. Dive in and allow the riches of you, Infinite unconditional love to be revealed. Let go, Let it be. Allow your treasure, your riches to shine brightly shedding light into every part of you, illuminating any darkness transforming it into love – balanced energy that will reveal the very truth of you. Debbie Ford

Debbie Ford made her transition yesterday and as much as the human part of me is sad for it feels the separation of death, my higher self knows that Debbie will be shinning light on all of our shadows - for there is no death, just a shifting of vibration. I will endeavour to see where she is, instead of where she isn't.

 

Her book "Dark Side of the Light Chasers" helped me through a rough period of my life around the year 2000 and the book co authored with Marianne Williamson and Deepak Chopra called "The Shadow Effect" assisted me last year to fully embrace everything about me in a year where all my deepest fears came to light. I look forward to reading her lastest book "Courage".

 

Today may we all be reminded of the fullness of this present moment and allow the light of who you truly are to shine brightly. Feel your inner Star moving you out of the shadows - for, from this day forward you will no longer stand in the shadow of your greatness. Brightest Blessings, Denise♥

Change

Infinite possibilities lay in wait and the energy of creative change is the catalyst that illuminates the way to all possibilities through your heart, love and inner truth. Change is in the air. . embrace change, for it is constant.

 

 

You are always moving toward your dreams and desires, don't let what you think you see now, tell you otherwise. See where your joy and wonderment is now in your life, instead of where it isn't and your dreams and desires will arrive.

 

If you are feel out of sorts, go gently for you are resisting the changes. Be fully present in each moment and allow all change to just be. You will always be you - you are just become more of you expanding into the eternal that is your higher self, your stream of consciousness. Into the flow we go.

All of us are parts of the source, the cosmic heart of all, willing participants in the eternal cosmic love affair between the physical and non physical, god and goddess, matter and spirit.

 Your true nature is that of an eternal, infinite light being, a being that is connected to all things at all times. When you discover and know this, you have the ability to have all of your dreams fulfilled. There is no separation between you and anything else, the more you connect to your inner truth the more you will feel and know this.

 If you so choose, allow these affirmations to enter you life. Incorporate them into your daily life through meditation.
