You are The Universe

 

When your stream of consciousness asked to be more, know more, to become more, you created your magnificent physical body to be an instrument of physical creation. You are a part of the Universe and the Universe is a part of you. You are made of stars, planets and all that is within and without the Universe. You are beautiful. Namaste, Denise♥

Breathe

Close your eyes and become aware of your breath. Don't try to regulate it. Just become aware of it. Follow it with your attention as it moves in and out of the body. Notice the inhalation and the exhalation. Know your lungs are being soothed and nourished with eternal breath, filling your senses with joy and filling your heart with grace and gratitude for this eternal moment. Allow your thoughts, emotions, tension and tightness to melt away, being carried and transformed by your breath. If your mind wanders, it may try to involve you in thoughts of what you could or should be doing, just gently return your attention to the breath and feel yourself relax into the Breath of Life. Flow

Evolution seeks its own balance. As you stay in your flow of love you will know when to move and when to stay physically, emotionally or metaphorically. Today, you don’t have to figure anything out, just allow Universal love and wisdom to rain down upon you, liquid light filled with love, wisdom, strength – cleansing, clearing, healing … waves of love. Feel any aches, pains, tension or tightness washing away. Feel your day flow ….. connect with your inner wisdom as you let go of finding the answers. All is Well, Denise♥

You are Embraced

As you read this you are being enveloped in love, the breathe of life - the very stuff that brings balance to all things, the Universal life force. Reiki Share

Tonight is Reiki Share/Practise - 7pm $15. Feel the essence of you.♥

 

You can give yourself Reiki anywhere and at anytime. You don't even have to place your hands on yourself, just imagine Reiki flowing to you - here are some suggestions:

1.While waiting in a line, at the bank, supermarket, anywhere.
2. Before falling asleep.
3. Before meetings at work.
4. While your computer is starting up.
5. In the elevator (and while waiting for it).
6. On the train, bus, metro (and while waiting).
7. During TV commercials.

Your Choice

 

You can choose to see the world in anyway you want - When you allow all to be as it is, you have the energy to fully focus on the creative excitement and knowing of your higher nature. When your focus and energy moves to your higher perspective of love, your lower one of fear will simply fade from lack of attention. As it is, Denise♥♥♥

Your Purpose

Life purpose is whatever path you decide on for all is free will. To apply free will we must have something to choose. All sides of an experience come to us, however in the conditional world, the ego will observe only one side either the negative or positive.

Then we decide we like it or we don't, pushing something away or pulling it towards us. Pushing and pulling tells us that we are being run, disempowered by the experience - I need this to be happy or I don't want this it makes me unhappy.

Neither are true for they are both out of balance statements a reminder that we can be pushed around by the observed conditional world as we make choices through fear. Know thyself - let us move to the place is us that is easy and gentle, our centre, the unconditional  world.

This is our essence, our higher and true selves where you experience from a whole perception - seeing, feeling, being all sides able to make choices and actions fully informed through love. We think the choices we are to make are in the conditional world, which way do I go, what can I do to feel worthy -  however the choice is really about  conditional or unconditional, love or fear.

We live in a limitless world where we can expand beyond anything we know. Your higher purpose is always something you love. Enjoy a magically, creative day filled with love choices, All is well, Denise♥
