Spring & Autumn Equinox

Spring & Autumn Equinox - September 23rd AEST 6.44am. September 22 BST 9.44pm, PDT 1.44pm. 
When it is Ostara - Spring Equinox in the southern hemisphere, it is Mabon - Autumn Equinox in the northern hemisphere. Both equinoxes are a time when the light of day and the dark of night are equal.

Wherever you are, know this energy gives you an opportunity to balance and embrace all parts of yourself as you let go of any barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back from you. During the day feel the sun illuminate your outer world and during the night feel the moon reflecting the solar energy to illuminate your inner world.

Just for today choose what you put into your mind and what you believe. Choose how you respond to the people and circumstances around you. Become aware of the power of choice, feel your body and mind soften, coming into a state of balance as you see and feel the world through new, empowering perceptions. All is equal, all is Love.  Denise♥

Ego

As we move toward the equinox, you will feel a pull to embrace and balance. The ego is something we need on the earth plane as a way to create. However this is not who you are, it is just how you observe. It is the part of you that says "I am" and separates you from everything else, in order for you to observe and experience  your manifestations as a way to get clear and focus on what you want to create more of.

Because they feel so real, we have made our observations the reality - but just for a moment imagine what you feel, think and are, create your life - what if the inner creates the outer? Remember the truth of you, the inner self, the higher self cannot be sick, sad or depressed because it is oneness, love and eternal. Today, now that you know this, embrace all parts of you. Everything has a part to play in the manifestation of your dreams and desire.

What I have written today was prompted by some old writing of mine from September 2000. ♥All my life I have felt out of control, I have wanted people to like me because I haven't liked myself. I have been separate from my true self and have believed what I have seen. Fear has had me hanging on to things that have held me back.♥ Sometimes you have to remember how far you have come - we are all doing so well.  Namaste, Denise♥

Freedom

Allow the goddess the silvery moon to reflect the divinity that you are. Yes, you are a reflection of the divine, your job today is to find that in all areas of your life today. What is the divine being? - a being of infinite power, of infinite potential, of unlimited love….. Here to experience the highest quality of joy and bliss in the Universe beyond any human comfort or discomfort .

 

 

Now that you know this, how would you live your life? How would you be in this world, what could you create, what would you design, give life to in this reality that you are creating. There are no obstacles or limitations except for the ones you place upon yourself. You created these so you can created something new to focus upon and the obstacles and limitations will fall away from lack of attention. You are free to be you, Denise♥

The Moon Goddess

As the full moon shines upon us, imagine silver shimmering rays of unconditional love and compassionate loving kindness, floating toward you.  The moon reflects all you are feeling. She honours your bravery to be self - reflective, as she mirrors the light of the sun sending it to you on the waves of silver light. Feel this radiance move through you, allow the illumination to awaken your third eye and see deeper and further than you have before. FULL MOON IN PISCES

FULL MOON IN PISCES - AUST EST 19th September 9.12pm, BST 12.12pm, PDT 4.12am.
A full moon brings about completion, release and celebration, Illuminating your inner world and deepest desires. Feel this Piscean full moon, let go - let go and allow the water of life to gently embrace you, flow, be fluid, for the only reality is what you feel and experience in this moment. Not the past, not the future - nothing matters except what you choose in each moment. Allow this moon to illuminate love and cosmic bliss and feel into life, open your heart and let life in. This silvery ocean of oneness that flows to us on moonbeams of the goddess is beyond the intellect, beyond words. Feel yourself flow and float in the silence and love of this healing ocean as you allow your soul, wisdom and love to touch your physical and psychic senses.
