Giving and Receiving

Thank you to the beautiful women who gave me the most wonderful gift in the form of a Reiki healing last night. This teacher has much to learn from her students - a rich source of reflective love.

If you constantly give to others and don’t allow yourself to receive, you will always be separate from whom you truly want to be. Giving and receiving happen in the same moment they are not separate, it is happening whether you let it in or not.

If you hold it away from you, you disrupt the flow and will feel uncomfortable. This uneasy feeling is a message to prod you into a new way of being, it is not, as often thought by your inner critic that you have done something wrong or that you are not enough. When you take the prod as a message and not a punishment, you will stop taking things personally.

Once you let receiving into your life you will allow everything you desire to manifest. Allow all to be as it is and you will feel soft and balanced, in a space where love and passion inspire you to give, live, create and receive. We are all a part of whom we have met and dream to be. Heal

Whatever trauma you take on - is training you in how to deliver your gift.

When you experience what you don't want - this initiates a transformation. Combine your intuition and wisdom and create a path towards something better - what makes you feel softer.

Allow the heart of you and the Universe to come together in a mysterious, creative process and feel your life unfold in the essence of love.♥

You are Loved

Do you know who much you are loved by your inner/higher/larger self. However you think people see you is a reflection of how you feel about yourself, this tells you what is holding you away from feeling your inner love, so you can heal this.

When you connect with your inner being you will never need the approval or love from anyone else or anything else outside of you. For it is none of your business what others think of you. Your business is to choose and focus on a new way of being that will move you toward love.

Be who you are, for love flows through you, is it you - and allow your eternal, infinite, inner being to create a life of wonderment, expansion and joy. All is well - Astar via Denise ♥♥♥

Acceptance

There are many paths and many truths. The way to find what is right for you is to ask questions, gain information and then feel what resonates with you. Take the time to still yourself, just be and you will hear you. At the same time feel into your body; gauge its responses and with time your inner voice will become a rich source of wisdom.

Become aware and sense your body…..connect deeply with your breathing, imagine you become your breath as it moves into its own natural rhythm. Allow thoughts to float by in your mind, without connecting to them… allowing all to be as it is…….Open your heart and feel into the very being of you. Namaste Denise♥

Meditation Gathering

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $12 - all welcome, no need to book.

This weeks topic is intention - your higher will. As we enter the Chinese new year of the Black Water Dragon let us connect with the rhythm and flow of life. Imagine you are riding the dragon, feel its strength and allowing - know your dragon with lift you to a higher perspective - allow yourself to see through these eyes.

At the same time the New Moon energy draws us inward into the very depths of our being, feel your way through and trust as your dragon dives into your shadow. All will be revealed - embrace the revelation, your truth and feel the dragon expanding within you, shifting, moving in all directions into the wonderment of the eternal, creative you.♥♥♥

To be and To do

To be and receive is to feel into your calm centre, your heart - where all is connected and all is as one. Feel the infinite love of The Universe move through you, allow unconditional love - allowing all to be as it is, to become your being.

From this place you can do and give, - from your very being send waves of infinite healing, love and light to all people, places, situations and to our beautiful, Mother Earth. Know all will be as it is and all will be well, even if you can't see how or when at this moment. Namaste.♥

The New Moon always gives you an opportunity to spiral within to set intentions, plant seeds and begin a new. In Aquarius new ways of being and thinking give us the opportunity to embrace all as one. See yourself from a higher perspective, listen to your wisdom and love - trust as you adventure into uncharted waters. As you connect to your truth you feel into the connectedness, illuminating where in your life you can create a unified, humanitarian approach to who you are and what you do.
