Earth Angel

A choice does not mean it is forever. It can be from day to day and that one intention will lead to another; intention builds on itself.

Be gently for you don’t need to know what your purpose is here on earth in the larger sense; instead ask yourself when you wake up in the morning, “what’s my purpose here on earth today?” Keep it simple.

Practice setting intention in your day to day activities and it will become easier to manifest larger intentions, year to year... or lifetime to lifetime.......

Have you fully landed?

Close your eyes and imagine that you are seeing the earth from space. How wonderous and beautiful it is! Green, blue, white, light and dark. Infinite, endless stories are being played out on earth.

Be aware of yourself on earth, playing out your story, creating your story and of that consciousness that sees the whole, from the perspective of space. Come closer and closer until you feel yourself here right now in this moment, fully landing on Earth, your feet on the ground.

Know you are a stream of consciouness - the Higher consciousness that embraces all in the Universe and you, the physical manifestation of your higher counsiousness into your magnifencent body. Gaze at your loving hands, how will you create and mould your life - Look at your feet and feel them on the ground.

Choice

Life purpose is whatever path you decide on for all is free will. To apply free will we must have something to choose.

All sides of an experience come to us, however in the conditional world, the ego will observe only one side either the negative or positive.

Then we decide we like it or we don't, pushing something away or pulling it towards us. Pushing and pulling tells us that we are being run, disempowered by the experience - I need this to be happy or I don't want this it makes me unhappy.
Neither are true for they are both out of balance statements a reminder that we can be pushed around by the observed conditional world as we make choices through fear.

Know thyself - let us move to the place is us that is easy and gentle, our centre, the unconditional world. This is our essence, our higher and true selves where you experience from a whole perception - seeing, feeling, being all sides able to make choices and actions fully informed through love.

We think the choices we are to make are in the conditional world, which way do I go, what can I do to feel worthy - however the choice is really about conditional or unconditional, love or fear.
 
We live in a limitless world where we can expand beyond anything we know. Your higher purpose is always something you love. Enjoy a magically, creative day filled with love choices, All is well, Denise

Meditation Class - Colour

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $12 - all welcome, no need to book. - The theme for Meditation Classes this week is Colour. Each colour of the light spectrum has its own ray and energetic vibration – these interact with and affect our personal energetic vibration. Colour can have a profound effect on your mood, vitality and well-being – experience the creative, healing and calming effect a colour meditation brings.

Sit quietly, connect to your breath, allow the rhythm of The Universe, The music of the Spheres to flow over and within you. Imagine you are sitting under a vibrant rainbow. Imagine the colours of that rainbow pass over and through you in waves of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Breathe the colours in one by one - stay with each colour as long as you need to. See all the colours dissolve into white light. Sit quietly in this awareness of you, when you feel ready move into an "unfolding of wonderment" day.

Forgiveness

Today, I willingly allow forgiveness of myself, others, situations and places that are holding me back from who I know I am.

I breathe love and life into my dreams and visions, allowing myself to see and feel with love, compassion and understanding.

My clear insight and knowing is reflected in my outer sight and knowing.♥
