Know Thyself

We see others through the perception and veil of our own life experiences. So can we ever really know others as they truly are? Next time you hear yourself describing another, listen to what you are saying for it will tell you more about who you are, than who they are.

Rainbow Meditation

Breathe in white light – breathe out white light and imagine you are sitting under a vibrant rainbow. Allow each colour to flow over and through you: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

Breathe the colours in one by one and sit in each colour as long as you need to. Let them all pass through and dissolve away into the light around you.

Feel yourself move back into your day with added energy, balance and creativity and know the treasure at the end of the rainbow resides within you.

The Sun Shines

Take a moment today - quieten your thoughts and your breathing and close your eyes.

Know the sun and your soul are always shining, the birds and your heart are always singing and the flowers and your path are always opening up.

You don't have to action these things into being, you just have to turn up - look around and feel into life that surrounds you in infinite ways.

Notice what is there and be grateful, feel love, instead of noticing what is not there, which will make you feel separate and fear. All is well, Denise♥

The Rainbow Bridge

We often think so many conditions need to line up for us to feel love, when all is truly required is for us to step over that idea into who we are in this moment.

Fear will separate and cause us to create more conditions that must be fulfilled before we can be in love. Imagine a rainbow bridge that spans the conditions, the fear - take a step, a leap of faith and cross over the limitations. You have just entered a new way of being, you have just taken control of your life, you are now creating in love. It is as it is. Namaste, Denise♥

Generations

Yesterday I had the honour and privilege to teach meditation to a beautiful group of teen girls and their mentors. What a wonderful reflection of my inner teen, illuminating my dreams and desires that I had forgotten about. Thank you, for this teacher has much to embrace and learn.

♥Just a little reminder, due to Anzac day, Meditation class is not on tonight. Here is a little meditation for your day♥ 

Become aware and sense your body…..connect deeply with your breathing, imagine you become your breath as it moves into its own natural rhythm. Allow thoughts to float by in your mind, without connecting to them… allow all to be as it is……. ♥♥

Today brings stirrings of my Father's inner journey of peace and a deeper realisation why my studio resides within the walls of a building called The Valhalla. Dad fought in the second world war and often marched in the Anzac parade. Even though he always told me he fought for freedom and peace these two things seem to elude him.

Searching for something, he took myself and the family along on his journey. I thank him for the adventures that moved me out of my comfort zone, forcing me to dig deep into my fears and face them - not always easy or comfortable and I often went there kicking and screaming, however it did lead me to ask different questions of life that lead me to where I am today. Here I can see Dad laid the foundation for Peace and Freedom in my life and generation Each generation comes already with what the previous generation wanted. In gratitude and love I honour all our ancestors for all they experienced for the expansion of our lives and creation.

Let us rest awhile in Valhalla from the warring factions of ourselves, battle worn and scarred by the projection of our own wounds to the world outside of us. Rest and heal, allow your soul and body to transform - moving you to your spirit. When you are ready allow the Celestial Rainbow to take you where ever you will, knowing you are sheltered and loved by Yggdrasil the great world tree that links all.

Crop Circles

Like all symbols, sacred sites and sacred geometry, crop circles seem to work on a subtle level awakening, stirring something deep with in us, a remembrance of whom we truly are. Whether they are formed by sound, earth energies, light, winds, humans or aliens when I see and feel them I am reminded that “What the caterpillar sees as the end, we see as a butterfly.” There is so much more we are yet to feel and see, allow yourself to dream…

When a caterpillar, with its limited sight and voracious appetite has gorged itself enough, it will wrap itself up, dissolving all attachments to what it used to be, in order for it to find its highest potential.

Fun

As I meditate in preparation for Teaching Reiki 2 today. I am reminded to have fun, be present in the moment and feel my way through life.
