Meditation Class - Sacred Union

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm, Friday 10 am, $15.

The theme for Meditation this week is discovering and healing the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine.

We all have a feminine and a masculine side to us. In Jungian psychology, it is termed the anima and animus: the male has an inner feminine, while the female has an inner masculine.

Neither is more or less important than the other - they simply offer us different and very necessary parts of our being for our soul to create through. Allow them come together in your heart and feel the oneness of you.

Change Is Constant...Allow your life to unfold and suprise you - for all things are possible. You are perfect, you are Love, you are grace, you are enlightened - Right Here, Right Now. Know and feel this and be who you are, for you are wonderful. Namaste, Denise♥

Take a deep breath, feel yourself ready to step forward into your future. Every great adventure starts with a step….Allow yourself to wander into your higher self into the "wouldn't it be nice" scenario and plant seeds from this heightened intelligence, creativity, courage and compassion into the garden of your mind.

Look to yourself for inspiration – allow the manifestation of others to inspire and move you to your rich source of creativity. Each of you is a spark, a stream of consciousness – expanding, growing, becoming more, allowing life to move through you. Start from where you are, transform and free yourself from all the various layers of false identity and security that hold you back and keep you bound to the past. Say to yourself -I participate actively in my transformation. I listen to myself as my feelings tell me when I am holding on, when I am being rigid and resistant. I feel the difference when I let go and allow the energy of transformation to carry me forward into freedom.

  

Wherever you are, know this "inbetween eclipse" energy gives you an opportunity to balance and embrace all parts of yourself as you let go of any barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back from you. It is time to review and cont...emplate all you accomplished and created. It is time to let go - to honour all that you have done. Whatever you have created, whatever you have accomplished, no longer cling to it.....let it go.... move on, in order to create more- accomplish more. We are one and connected to all. Yesterday you sowed the seeds of change - change will open you to greater possibilities to a new way of being, to choose love in every moment.

Nurture this creative energy allow it to illuminate the fire of creation that flows from the  heart of the Universe, ask this eternal fire to grow ever brighter within you. A reminder that you are made from the energy of stars and it is time to shine.

Star Visioning

Let go of who you think you are so you can be with the illuminating energies of the eclipse and new moon.

 

Within you reside great treasures - vast reserves of strength, courage, wisdom, compassion and love. Open your heart and acknowledge your treasures that live within, for this calls forth infinite treasures from out there. You have so much worth, listen to the whispers from your heart, for it is time to create the life your soul has been nudging you toward. Let your truth be unveiled.
  Be still, sit within your sacred heart feel the mysteries of life float towards you. Now you can exercise your power of choice. Just for today choose what you put into your mind and what you believe. Choose how you respond to the people and circumstances around you. Become aware of the power of choice, feel your body and mind soften, coming into a state of balance as you see and feel the world through new, empowering perceptions.

NEW MOON IN GEMINI - MAY 21st AEST 9.47am, MAY 20th GMT 11.47pm, PDT 3.47pm - ANNULAR SOLAR ECLIPSE - MAY 21st AEST 9.53am, MAY 20th GMT 11.53pm, PDT 3.53pm. The New Moon gives you an opportunity to dive into your richness and begin anew. Feel this new moon as an opportunity to transform the old beliefs still holding you back and feel the eclipse as a gateway - connecting you to the evolution of consciousness and step into the new paradigm of love. Open yourself to excitement..., curiosity and adventure, live your life, stop thinking about it and just do it.

Embrace all aspects of you, no more pushing away what you think you don't like. Ask your higher self to alert you to anything that is hurting, raw or wounded within you - then love, cuddle and embrace all these parts of you. Would you turn away from a wounded person or animal? As the sun is blocked by the moon, a black velvety, matrix of no space or time will give you the opportunity to expand into a whole new way of being. Eclipses are the celebration of big changes – They magnify all we are yet to embrace and love about ourselves and all. In this solar eclipse embrace the new beginning, (May 20, 2012) and the accompanying lunar eclipses let go, let go and "Let Go" (June 4, 2012). Then you are ready for the Venus Transit.

A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partially obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth. An annular solar eclipse occurs when the Moon's apparent diameter is smaller than the Sun, causing the Sun to look like an annulus (ring), blocking most of the Sun's light. An annular eclipse appears as a partial eclipse over a region thousands of kilometres wide.
