Blue Full Moon in Pisces

A full moon brings about completion, release and celebration, Illuminating your inner world and deepest desires. This is a blue moon the second full moon in this month - when this occurs energies are expanded, giving you the opportunity to move into the greater you.

Feel this Piscean full moon, let go - let go and allow the water of life to gently embrace you, flow, be fluid, for the only reality is what you feel and experience in this moment. Not the past, not the future - nothing matters except what you choose in each moment. Allow this moon to illuminate love and cosmic bliss and feel into life, open your heart and let life in.

This silvery ocean of oneness that flows to us on moonbeams of the goddess is beyond the intellect, beyond words. Feel yourself flow and float in the silence and love of this healing ocean as you allow your soul, wisdom and love to touch your physical and psychic senses.

Illusions

In 1989 I read a book that changed my perceptions about everything - Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah, written by Richard Bach. Here is an excerpt, enjoy.♥

 "Once there lived a village of creatures along the bottom of a great crystal river. The current of the river swept silently over them all - young and old, rich and poor, good and evil, the current going its own way, knowing only its own crystal self. “Each creature in its own manner clung tightly to the twigs and rocks of the river bottom, for clinging was their way of life, and resisting the current what each had learned from birth.

But one creature said at last, I am tired of clinging. Though I cannot see it with my eyes, I trust that the current knows where it is going. I shall let go and let it take me where it will. Clinging, I shall die of boredom! “The other creatures laughed out loud and said Fool! let go and that current you worship will throw you tumbled and smashed across the rocks and you will die quicker than boredom! But the one headed them not and taking a breath, did let go and at once was tumbled and smashed by the current across the rocks.

Yet in time, as the creature refused to cling again, the current lifted him free from the bottom and he was bruised no more. And the creatures downstream to whom he was a stranger cried "see a miracle!" A creature like ourselves yet he flies! See the Messiah come to save us all! And the one carried in the current said, I am no Messiah than you. The river delights to lift us free, if only we dare let go. Our true work is the voyage, this adventure. But they cried the more "Saviour!" all the while clinging to their rocks, and when they looked again, he was gone and they were left alone making legends of a Saviour." ~ Richard Bach from "Illusions"

Meditation Classes

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm, Friday 10 am, $15.

Imagine yourself in complete wellness and doing things that you love to do.♥

Healing

It feels good to be back - here are some of my musings about healing and the healer. 

 In the broadest sense, a healer is a person who creates the space for people to heal themselves. A healer will connect to the fully aligned part of a person, instead of the part that is out of alignment. This allows the person to feel their wellness, which is our natural state of being. Once this is felt, it is a point of reference that can be emulated.

 This can take some discipline to move beyond what limits us. If you can’t change something move away from it, if you can’t move away from it change your perspective, look at it differently or go about it differently. This is not about trying, pushing against or trying to mould a situation to make you feel better – that is a childish reaction that is not even true.

 Remember no-one can heal another person, as you are responsible for you own healing. A healer does not do the healing for anyone, instead they love, support, help and guide a person to make the changes required in their life, so they may heal themselves.

Everything happens exactly the way it is meant to and healing will always take place on some level. Be Inspired, Denise♥

 

Be Still, breath light and love into your heart…Rest in your hearts’ loving embrace - in your ocean of light. Within the waves are your Higher self, angels, guides, light beings and the whole Universe. They see you as love, as your truth, as the beautiful soul that you are – in this moment, see yourself as they do…. no judgment , just waves of pure unconditional love. Be still. All is well.

Holiday and New Moon In Leo

I am on holidays for two weeks - time to spiral within, rest and birth new experiences and ideas. I want to thank you all for your amazing support, words and inspiration. May you take this time to spiral within and get to know you a little more. Allow the outside world, the creations of others to inspire you to your truth and start feeling the life you dream of. Open your heart to change and creative risk, be the spark that illuminates and inspires you and others - allow yourself to shine for you and all to see and step courageously into the truth of you.

Nourish You

Repeat this often - I am worth loving and I do not have to earn love. I am loveable because I exist and others reflect the love I have for myself.♥♥♥

Allow the thought "I am loved" to move gently through your heart, body and mind. Feel love filling you....... feel it as soft pink light nourishing and sustaining you as your whole body and spirit eases into a state of Oneness......... Reborn

Today I have awoken to a new me, a me that has come to peace with where I am. I feel my set point has shifted and the world I knew has transformed, into the world I have always dreamed of.

This new perception sees me moving towards the person I have always wanted to be, instead of the one that thinks I have to be perfect before I can be worthy of the life I truly want.
