Meditation Class - Your Mystery

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $15 - open to your mystery - as the veil thins and the mist clears, step into your mystery and expand into all that you are. As you blossom, your treasures, your jewel will release joy, compassion, unconditional love and all your answers. Listen, watch and feel your heart open to you.

 Life is sacred. Sacred in the way that it is the animator of your soul. Life is your body, it is a manifestation of you…. If you can create your body, there is no end to what you can create…….. Breath in the breathe of life - be present in each moment, you are free to be who you are, feel into the essence of you, the larger part of you …. Beltane - Samhain

Happy Beltane to all in the Southern Hemisphere and Happy Samhain (Halloween) to all is the Northern Hemisphere.

This is a time when the veil between all worlds, your multi dimensional selves is at its thinnest and we have the opportunity to embrace and love all parts of our whole, the one.

For me Beltane is the sacred marriage of feminine/masculine the god/goddess within - when we connect and rebirth the truth of self. Samhain is the illumination of shadows, the underworld and death - embrace the fear of the hidden and unknown with love and feel it transform into life.

Both festivals allow a transformation to take place through sacred fire. Feel the veil dissolve as you come together with you, merging into liquid gold – spiritual alchemy… feel the divine essence/soul/spirit of you.. In Love and Light, Denise♥

Heal

Sometimes, when we view circumstances that occur beyond our comprehension - what ever that might be, we spend a lot of our time thinking about" how sad, it's not fair or what have we done wrong". These circumstances are beyond our dualistic understanding so instead of using your precious energy to hook into fear, use it to move you into a higher loving perspective and let us be compassionate, sending love and hold a vision of a balanced, healed community and world.

This is something I say to myself when I feel myself being carried away by my emotions. " I would prefer that the world and all people didn't have to experience any disasters or pain, however this is the way it is at this moment. So instead of trying to change it I will do all that I can to bring about healing and rebuilding, however that may be."

From this place send waves of infinite healing, love and light to all people, places, situations and to our beautiful, Mother Earth. Know all will be as it is and all will be well, even if you can't see how or when at this moment. Namaste.♥

Full Moon in Taurus

FULL MOON IN TAURUS OCTOBER 30th AUST EDST 6.50am - OCTOBER 29th GMT 7.50pm, PDT 1.50pm. The Full Moon is a time of culmination and celebration. It shines light into our inner world, alerting you to where any wonderment of yourself needs to be recognised and embraced or something that may be out of balance.

 

We, Gaia and all are moving into a higher vibration, as this occurs anything disowned or denied within us or the collective is arising for healing, integration and transmutation. Taurus full moon will illuminate how far you have come and what must be released now for you to be who you truly are. Letting go is a coming to peace with what has been -we can't change what has been however you can focus on the new creations of your life. The holding on is what will cause you pain - the letting go frees you to use your precious energy to create your life.

 

Allow this full moon to show you the sensual, earthy abundance of creation and gifts we receive from Mother Earth. The polarity of the Scorpio sun intensifies intuitive insight to assist us to feel and see Divine Love, Wisdom and Strength in all creation.

♥Take a deep breath, listen to your heart connecting to the rhythm of Gaia and honour your temple, your body - for it is the physical manifestation of your Spirit/Soul/Higher Self. Healing Hands

Today I am teaching the first day of Reiki 2 - it is always a honour to share love and learn more about myself through my students - for we are all as one. 

♥Sit comfortably, close your eyes and open your palms to the Universe. Allow yourself to receive the creative, unconditional life force that flows from the source of all…. Breath….. Feel it flowing into your hands and allow it to freely express itself through you. Your hands are warm and are ready to create and shape your life, your dreams, your desires. Place your hands at your heart, or anywhere on the body. Nourish yourself as you feel creative, healing love flow from your hands into you.Om Shanti, Denise♥♥♥

Celebrate the creative energy of the universe, the earth, and of your own being.

You are eternal

 

The God and The Goddess are not separate from us, their stories enlighten us - describing the dance of the creative male and female forces within each and every one of us.

 

Whatever  God/Goddess or mythology you are drawn to, will tell you something about you. Know thyself through their stories.

 

All of us are parts of the source, the cosmic heart of all, willing participants in the eternal cosmic love affair between the physical and non physical, god and goddess, matter and spirit. You are God/Goddess, Denise♥♥♥
