The lotus flower is as sacred to the east as the rose is to the west; it is a remarkable type of water lily that grows in mud. It may take an incredibly long time to flower, “oh” but when it does, it is a most beautiful sight.The Lotus flower is a representation of you, waiting to blossom, it doesn’t matter where you have come from or what you may have experienced or done in your life. You may feel bogged down, but from the mud of life you will move upward as the lotus does, toward blue sunny skies and when your lotus opens one petal at a time, your heart will shine for all to see and contained within are all your answers.
