This is a meditation you can do anywhere at any time, whenever you have a spare few minutes just sit quietly, breath and contemplate on this visualisation. When you practise this technique, you are drawing in the high vibration of the white energy around you and your environment.
This white light is also called Universal life force, prana or chi. It is our life force and is all around us and within us, filled with unconditional love, protection and healing. You may also use this exercise to surround and protect you, your car or any person or anything you like. After you have surrounded yourself, visualize a bubble of light around whatever else you want to.
Repeat this exercise as often as you feel, particularly if you are feeling anxious.
Close your eyes and focus on your breath…………… Breath fully and deeply. Feel your stomach rise and fall…………. Allow yourself to become relaxed and feel your awareness moving from the external world to your internal world…………………………………..
Visualise a bright beautiful star above your head…………………….., out of your star flows the beautiful White Light full of love and healing………………. .……………………………..in your mind’s eye see the light flow through you all the way down to your feet and then see it flowing from the bottom of your feet all the way into the earth……………………. You are now grounded and centred.
Now see the White Light encircling you from head to toe……………….., this is your bubble of light full of love, healing and protection, intend for your bubble to lift you to a higher perspective, feel the joy, beauty and love of all as you connect to your essence……………………………………..
You now feel relaxed and safe……………………balanced and calm……….…
Call all your energies back to this moment ……… to this space………………….
When you feel ready open your eyes and smile!
