Awareness

Expanding your awareness comes from a realisation that everything is feeling and from the constant asking yourself how things feel. Imagine it as a muscle that has been neglected - as you begin to ask how things feel, it may feel a little stiff as your mind and beliefs try to hold you in old perceptions, however as you practise feeling, it will strengthen.

In this magical time of goodwill, giving and gratitude – we as a collective create an energy that we can use to see all beings as whole, healed and divine. Allow yourself to be open to receiving and sharing and realise The Angels, Light Beings, Masters, Guardians, Christed/Buddhic Beings, Councils of Light are aspects of your higher self, assisting you to feel your grace, love and connection to all.

The Mind alone cannot know what is beyond the Mind, but when the Mind is balanced by the Heart, one can know what is beyond the limitations of the Mind alone. This is how the Higher Heart chakra is opened and one takes the first step into Christ Consciousness.

Summer Solstice/Winter Solstice

Happy Summer Solstice, today is the longest day of year and when the Universal Life Force and the creativity of nature climax. Today - celebrate life, bounty, grace, abundance and all that is given to us from the Sun. Mid Summer is a time to pause so we can view our life from a distance in order to gain a true perspective. The Solar Rays are at their peak, illuminating all things, your emotions, your thoughts and your motives for you to see all and make any adjustments.

Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse

A full moon brings about completion and celebration, lighting our inner world and illuminating our deepest desires. Let’s celebrate the unison of the twin. Let’s celebrate the unison of the twin aspects of Gemini. We have the opportunity to allow all parts of us to retain their uniqueness while fully accepting these parts – bringing us to a state of oneness… of peace. Here we can celebrate the diversity of Oneness – we are all connected and all part of the same light and love – so lets party and enjoy our abundance as we share in love and joy.

A Total Lunar Eclipse is when the Earth comes directly between the Sun and Moon, and the Moon is completely shadowed, receiving no direct light from the Sun, Lunar Eclipses open a void beyond time and space so you can access and feel your eternal being. The Moon... the Goddess... the silvery liquid light. I draw down this cleansing, clearing, healing light... transforming my whole being. Filled now with Grace, Gratitude and Love for my life and all. I can now start to tell a new story........

Celestial Stuff

As we move towards the Full Moon in Gemini, Lunar Eclipse (Dec 21st) and Summer Solstice,(Dec 22nd) allow your Divine, Love, Power and Wisdom to lift you to a different perspective.

Imagine a small golden light in your heart centre. Feel its warmth and joy. Imagine this as the light of Awareness, a guiding presence that is always with us. Allow yourself to rest within the stillness of your sacred light. Trust your golden light knows you, guides you and is always with you.♥

Look to the stars, not as a way to escape this earth, But for guidance - for a sense of who you are, For the experience of that great Presence of which you are a part,allows your inner Star shine.

Meditation Class

The theme for meditation classes this week is Transformation. We will be working with the transformative and transmutative Violet Flame. By surrendering all you no longer need to the Violet flame, all that may be holding you away from the truth of you - you set yourself free. Do you really know what this freedom feels like? To be totally free of worry and fear or concern what others may think. Be who you are, for you are wonderful.

Star Borne

Beloved, now is the time to remember. . .

By our seeing the unseen,

By our listening to the fullness of silence,

By our merging with our Angelic presence,

We open ourselves to the Multi-dimensional,...

Frequencies emanating from on high.

Reiki 2

Had a wonderful time teaching Reiki 2 over the weekend. I have taught this many times, however each time is full of wonderment as I connect to deeper parts of myself through the reflection of students. You may like to incorprate the Reiki Principles into your daily meditation practise.

Hope

Whatever trauma you take on - is training you in how to deliver your gift. For when we experience what we don't want - we know what we do want. Allow the heart of you and the Universe to come together in a mysterious, creative process and feel your life unfold in the essence of love.

Combine your personal wisdom together with your intuition to create a magical path.♥

Meditation

"Let each one turn his gaze inward and regard himself with awe and wonder, with mystery and reverence." ~ Henry Miller.

When you meditate things begin to occur on a very deep level of your being - often deeper than you are aware of. If, when you are meditating you feel your thoughts are running you or you can’t seem to focus and relax - know that healing is taking place on some level and you will feel better.

It is not necessary for the... unexpected, extraordinary experiences to be a part of your meditation, this may sometimes occur but if it doesn’t, it isn’t a sign that our practise has been watered down or useless.

So regardless of what you may think, each time you meditate you love and embrace a little more of love self… moving you closer to your centre, your infinite being of wonder, love and beauty.

Gaia

Get in touch with Mother Earth for she is a living Cosmic Being. Walk or run barefoot upon grass and feel the energies of the Earth. Go for walks on the beach and feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your face. Be still and get in touch with Nature. Talk to the nature spirits and all the members of the Nature Kingdom. We are all connected. We are all One. Give thanks to Lady Gaia for her generosity and Love.

Last Reiki share evening for the year

Monday night the 6th December is our last Reiki share evening for the year. The Evening is designed to give Reiki Channels an opportunity to practise. If you have never tried a Reiki this is a great place to try it. The Evening will start with a short meditation, followed with group Reiki healings. From 7pm to 8.30pm - $15

Authentic Self

If you are searching for serenity, security, being loved and prosperity, know it already exists, all you have to do is feel and see it and as you do the old illusions fuelled by old beliefs and thought patterns will dissolve and your energy will transcend - moving you towards more of who you are.

Our spiritual journey is the process of becoming authentic. We learn to clean up our act and stop lying outwardly and inwardly. We stop pretending and allow ourselves to speak our truth from our heart as we become better communicators. It's the journey through the superficial and phony to the spiritually mature being. ...There is so much beauty in this process and yet it becomes so easy to fall into a victim status if all does not go to plan.
