Awareness

Expanding your awareness comes from a realisation that everything is feeling and from the constant asking yourself how things feel. Imagine it as a muscle that has been neglected - as you begin to ask how things feel, it may feel a little stiff as your mind and beliefs try to hold you in old perceptions, however as you practise feeling, it will strengthen.
