The open heart is open to joy, pain, life and death. To be open means to flow, not to hold yourself rigid in fear and resistance. Your true nature is openness. You do not have to achieve it for you are open. It is the mind that is closed, locked into certain belief systems that arise from your conditioned experience. You are more beautiful and stronger than you think.
Wherever you are in the world today connect to the earth below your feet. Feel your energy intermingling with the earths energy like the roots of a tree. Feel grateful for all of people who have entered and left... your life, for the experiences every relationship and place you have lived has given you. For all of this has shaped you and from this moment onward you can shape your future. You can be your dreams and desires right now.
