Multidimensional

Thank you for awakening to an expanded view of you, for this inspires me so. You are both physical and non-physical in nature - you are multi dimensional, spanning many realities that you have been encouraged and trained to ignore.

The manipulation of truth is only possible when you are afraid of your own power. You have the inherent right and duty to design and create your life. Today, do or think something different - see yourself as a pioneer preparing for a new interpretation of reality. All is well, Denise♥♥♥

Alchemy

Transformation continues as you live each moment of your life – you are becoming more with each experience, expanding into the infinite, moving beyond perceived limitations. You Are Faith

I feel blessed for all the amazing experiences and people who have graced my life and for reminding me "We are a part of all that we have met." I now surrender the past to the past, whatever has been has been, I let go - release all to the past. I surrender it all so I can be reborn with each step I take. I let go of my attention to reality and enter a state beyond time and space into an ocean of oneness and expand further into who I truly am.

Place your hands at you heart in a prayer position take a deep breath and call all of you to this moment to this place in front of your heart - your heart opens like a rosebud gently unfolding. Feel yourself being reborn - your divine wisdom, love and power unfolding, shining forth upon the path of your amazing life.

You are already enlightened it is only the belief that you are not and have to do something to find it, that holds you away from the eternal you. Jesus reminded us that “The Kingdom of Heaven is Within Us” - look within, feel within, know thyself and the Christ consciousness will flow through you, for it is you. Let go and be you - for you are the light of the Universe.

We are multi-dimensional beings and all things happen in this moment, so it seems possible we can be at any place at any time, the problem is allowing our mind to truly believe this. Once we break free of the confines of our beliefs, anything is possible – Faith is a knowing, a feeling, the evidence you can’t see, don’t swap faith for the evidence you think you can see. Full Moon In Libra

A full moon brings about completion, release and celebration, Illuminating your inner world and deepest desires. Feel the energy of this Libra Moon highlight... and transform old patterns and fears, allowing yourself to be the love you are. As you heal you will become more intimate with you, seeking a balance between the needs of the self and the needs of another. Remembering the best thing you can do for another is to be in complete harmony with yourself for then you will also see them in complete harmony.

Bathe in the light of the moon and feel a state of equilibrium become you. Honour and love your physical and non-physical self, the body, mind and spirit . Allow them all to move into balance as you realise all have equal importance. You are not your mind, you are not your body and you are not your spirit - you are all of these, a beautiful combination that the Universe celebrates as you. Feel this and celebrate the amazing relationship you have with you - for this is the most important relationship you will ever experience and everything else in this reality is a reflection of that. All is one.

Meditation Class - Power Animals

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm, $15. - This week we will be working with our Power Animals.
* please note -There will be no class on Good friday  

 In many ancient cultures humans were energetically linked to special animals, often called their power animals. The energy of the animals reflect our instinctual nature, allowing us to draw on their skills and abilities.

 Together the animal and human form a co-creative bond that assists each other in healing, reminding us we are all connected and interconnected - wisdom and love are always around us, contained in everything we focus upon. What Animal do you connect with?

Love

You are love - feel it breathe through your whole body. Let it permeate your entire world. Practice the art of being love and watch your personal world evolve. Love is all there is. If something annoys or upsets you - practice sending love instead of anger, frustration or irritation. Watch how fast the situation is transformed. You will be amazed. Love truly eases all pain. All you need is love…… ♥

Your Tree

Here is a small ritual for finding your own personal healing tree.

Enter a quiet park or forest that has a variety of trees. Stand quietly amongst the trees and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and bring your focus to your heart.

Open your eyes and feel one particular tree calling you. Move toward it and place your back against the trunk, imagine your consciousness connecting with the tree through your breathing.

Feel a connection to all things through the branches as they draw down Father Sky and through the roots as they draw up Mother Earth moving together in the trunk and your heart.

Stay here for as long as you like and give thanks to your tree when finished.
