Meditation Class - The Only Way Out Is In

Meditation Gathering - coming together to inquire into our true nature, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $15 - The only way out is to go within.

 An aspect of your unknown, inner life may have been running you for a long time - you will know this when you say things like "I don’t know why I do that, that is the what I have always done, that is just me and you should have know I would react that way". This means you don't know yourself for there is something running you - this is the shadow.

 

Now it is time to unveil, to open the curtains and let light in. For your inner life is now on the outer, on the stage, playing out as the drama of your life. Notice it, don't react to it, allow it and then make a change. Don't push it away if you don't like it and don't pull it to you if you do. Just let it be there, notice it and then feel into it. How does it feel - this will be your answer it will be love or fear.

 

The way out is the way in. You are what you seek, you are distracted by what you are yet to love. Be You, for you are wonderful. Namaste, Denise♥

Flow

Become aware and sense your body…..connect deeply with your breathing, imagine you become your breath as it moves into its own natural rhythm. Allow thoughts to float by in your mind, without connecting to them… allowing all to be as it is…...….Open your heart and feel into the very being of you. You are a creator - you have within you to create love, to create dreams, to create whatever you focus upon. Go forth and create, be who you are, for you are love.

NEW MOON IN VIRGO

NEW MOON IN VIRGO, September 16th AUST EST 12.11pm, GMT 2.11am. September 15th PDT 7.11pm.

The New Moon gives us the opportunity to go within. Feel it as a black, velvety matrix - a void where all possibilities are one in the heart of creation - the seed of new beginnings. Virgo's wisdom gives us the opportunity to change, shift and morph into the best physical vehicle for this particular moment in time. Visualise yourself as an efficiency master connected and listening with an open heart to the Earth, to Gaia the consciousness of the Earth. You will realise creative ways to organise your space, work and home, creating order out of seeming chaos.

Be still, breath and feel your heart gently expand…...find, imagine or see your dreams and desires... hold them in your heart and imagine them being engulfed in amethyst light……this light is transforming them into a sphere of amethyst crystal. Take this sphere of crystal containing your dreams and desires and hold it in your hands - feel it, look at it. This is your seed of creative possibilities, that you are now ready to plant. Mother Earth sends her heart light towards you as a ray of emerald green light. It moves around your hands and your amethyst sphere, your seed - let go of your seed and feel Mother Earth planting your seed in her womb, deep within the earth. Here it will be nurtured, fed and loved, here it will start to grow to manifest…..You have planted your seed. Know your seed is growing and not too faraway it will break through the surface of the Earth and manifest into the physical…………………………………………………..♥

Inspired

We enter and explore the mind not to master it, but not to be mastered by it.

 

You don't have to change, make or force it to be any different to what it is, just because you don't like what it is saying. We are not battling the mind, we are making love, peace and embracing the mind.

Just for today, start from where you are and choose to feel the best you can in every moment. Love yourself by caring about what you say to yourself.

 

You can choose to love your mind and all it's thoughts, ideas, beliefs and characters for today you can choose to say to your mind - "I hear you what you say, however, today I exercise my free choice not to listen. Today I choose a new story for myself and whatever you say to me doesn't matter - for you are a part of me and today I choose to embrace and love every part of me with a big cuddle."

Meditation - Manifestation

As we move toward the New Moon in Virgo - let us move into alignment with our dreams and desires in preparation for sowing our seed of dreams. Move Beyond, Denise♥

 ♥Sit quietly, feels waves of calmness and relaxation flowing over and within you. Take a breath and draw your awareness into your being, perhaps your heart, your belly or simply the very centre of yourself. Here you find a point of light, a seed. Be with that seed for a moment and feel the multi-dimensional, ever expanding, creative essence of you. In spring this seed blossoms. As you inhale merge with your seed, the still point within you. As you exhale know that you are always blossoming, always bearing fruit as a new path opens up.♥
