Self worth is knowing that you are choosing your feelings at every moment, for whatever you pay attention to is what you create. Today, stay on your path of dreams and desires, allow yourself to be illuminated and inspired by your own being.

Crafting

Each day is another opportunity to perfect my craft - I don't really know what to call my craft, so I call it my truth.  My craft moves through everything I do - my work with clients, my classes, my writing and every experience encountered on a daily basis.

Today I give my best to that which I do, knowing that when this experience is complete, it will lead to even more fulfilling and rewarding experiences. I am grateful for all that I do – for today I am teaching Reiki 1.  I thank all my Reiki students, you give me more than you could possible know, your curiosity and openness inspires my soul.

Today let us all be inspired to move towards our own truth, whatever that may be and let us all feel empowered by who we truly are. Thank you all for your inspiration. Namaste, Denise♥♥♥

Emerge

Change is in the air...... embrace change, for it is constant. All that comes to us, does so to open us to our truth of being. Infinite possibilities lay in wait, the energy of creative change is the catalyst that illuminates the way to our... heart, love and truth……..open yourself to the creative heart of the Universe and feel love flow through you in ripples of creative change. Meditation class and The New Moon in Leo

 Allow your dreams and passions to be illuminated and realise all things are possible – for these feelings, dreams and knowing’s always precede your physical experience.

 Have faith and trust in you and the unfolding beauty of your life and don’t swap faith for the evidence you think you can see. Open your heart to change and creative risk, be the spark that illuminates and inspires you and others - allow yourself to shine for you and all to see and step courageously into the truth of you. The spiritual warrior returns…………..

 

Meditation Gathering, coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday 10am, $15.The theme for meditation this week is “The Spiritual Warrior”. Life offers us an opportunity to become a Spiritual Warrior, to face and embrace the aspects of ourselves and the world that may make us feel uncomfortable. Once the Spiritual Warrior has been birthed, we walk the path of freedom, being illuminated by the truth and love of all.

Gaia

 

Get in touch with Mother Earth for she is a living Cosmic Being. Walk or run barefoot upon grass and feel the energies of the Earth. Go for walks on the beach and feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your face. Be still and get in touch with Nature. Talk to the nature spirits and all the members of the Nature Kingdom. We are all connected. We are all One. Give thanks to Lady Gaia for her generosity and Love.

 

Open yourself to receiving the love, wisdom and empowerment that is there for you in each breath. Inspire and feel your inspiration as your dreams and desire. Your dreams are the expanded you, what will you do today to realise your dream.

 Every moment of your life contains all that you need to take you to the next moment and the next...... As you place yourself in this inspired perspective more inspiration will follow - your path will appear and you will always know which way to go - for you are worthy of living your dreams. Imbolc and Lammas

Happy Imbolc in the Southern hemisphere and Happy Lammas in the Northern hemisphere. 

 

 

Imbolc gives us the opportunity to celebrate the awakening Earth and the rising life force that initiates fertility and Growth. The time for action is beginning and Imbolc reminds us to stay connected and present with our inner life as we move create and manifest in the outer world. Honour the growing strength of the sun by lighting a candle, feel the golden light surround you and flow within you - illuminating your path and giving life to our ideas, visions and dreams.

 Lammas gives us the opportunity to give thanks to the Earth for her abundance and to express our gratitude for our own personal harvest. As the energy of the Sun begins to wane, connect to the path within, draw inward the fulfilment of outer achievements - allowing them to transform into the seeds of our future that we will nurture within.

 Honour your abundance and success and feel the light of the Sun flowing through you into Mother Earth. Allow your dreams and desires to become seeds that are held lovingly in the arms of Mother Earth, awaiting the time for growth. In Love and Light, Denise♥

Your Higher Self - Meditation class

Meditation Gathering, coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Wednesday 7pm and Friday 10am, $15. This week we give focus to our Higher Self.♥

 

 

When we move out of our own way, letting go of anything that limits us, we will be lifted to our higher self where we will see and feel a higher perspective full of ideas and beliefs that resonate with us - in this place all becomes clear. ... Trust how you feel – for you know yourself the best.
