Your Truth

Imagine the beginning of the Universe as a non-physical existence that through thinking, multiplied itself into ever expanding forms for the wonderment and delight of being. We are part of the Universe as the Universe is part of us. This reminds us that we are connected to all things and have everything we need to live our lives with creativity and joy.

There are many paths and many truths. The way to find what is right for you is to ask questions, gain information and then feel what resonates with you. Take the time to still yourself, just be and you will hear you. At the same time feel into your body; gauge its responses and with time your inner voice will become a rich source of wisdom.
