Close your eyes and become aware of your breathe. Allow it to fall into its natural rhythm and notice how relaxed you feel. Follow your breathe as it moves in and out of the body. Notice the inhalation and the exhalation. As you focus your attention on your breathe, let your thoughts, emotions, tension and tightness melt away, being car...ried and transformed by your breathe. If your mind wanders, it may try to involve you in thoughts of what you could or should be doing, just gently return your attention to the breath and feel yourself relax into the Breathe of Life.
