A time today to lighten up, to laugh, to rest and make peace with all of me.As I have become aware of beliefs that hold me back from living my highest potential life, a part of me has been taking inventory. This inventory has been showing up in my dreams as anything that resonated at the same vibration as these limitations - so my dreams have been filled with scary, weird, surreal, absurd and farcical situations.
This morning I awoke to my head spinning from a night of extreme dreaming - face your fears, set yourself free and become all you are. When you allow this to happen in your dreams it will flow into your waking life. Everything starts with a dream……..
