Integrate

As each moment passes, your life is instigating integration and expansion of you and all. You are perfect right here, right now. You are different, think differently to how you did last week, last year, last decade and yet you will always be you.

 

Integrate every part of your life - embrace, love and forgive, your mind, body and spirit. Come home to you and feel the wonderment of love spread through you. Make this your focus in every moment, be a conscious actioner instead of a reactionary actioner and you will feel more in control of your life.

Variety

 

The variety of life, the spice of life are ingredients we can choose from to create what we like and make more of it. We want more variety, not less and yet so many of us feel overwhelmed when faced with a range of choices. The contrast of life will only feel overwhelming or uncomfortable when you choose your ingredients poorly. Get to know what you like and don't like by trying things and keep focussed on those things you do like and let the other fade from view by not focusing upon them. You can't possibly expect to make a chocolate brownies with the ingredients you would make a potato gratin. Master yourself by knowing yourself. Namaste, Denise♥

Sit comfortably, close your eyes and open your palms to the Universe. Allow yourself to receive the creative, unconditional life force that flows from the source of all…. Breathe….. Feel it flowing into your hands, imagine it to be liquid light........ freely expressing itself through you. Your hands are warm and are ready to create and shape your life, your dreams, your desires. Place your hands at your heart, or anywhere on the body. Shaking Loose - Meditation Class

Be a living expression of the Universal Life force, allow it to flow through you, to inspire and illuminate the love in you and all. Broaden your mind beyond the mountains of mass agreements that form 3D reality and feel yourself shaking loose any fears and limitations that are holding you away from your truth.

Today say to yourself, "May I open to that great awareness which is my true nature, and may my actions flow from that awareness." Old beliefs will fall away, so the new can emerge. Stuck energies will become unstuck - Step into new territory and be a pioneer. Be who you are, for you are wonderful.

Spring & Autumn Equinox

Spring & Autumn Equinox - September 23rd AEST 6.44am. September 22 BST 9.44pm, PDT 1.44pm. 
When it is Ostara - Spring Equinox in the southern hemisphere, it is Mabon - Autumn Equinox in the northern hemisphere. Both equinoxes are a time when the light of day and the dark of night are equal.

Wherever you are, know this energy gives you an opportunity to balance and embrace all parts of yourself as you let go of any barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back from you. During the day feel the sun illuminate your outer world and during the night feel the moon reflecting the solar energy to illuminate your inner world.

Just for today choose what you put into your mind and what you believe. Choose how you respond to the people and circumstances around you. Become aware of the power of choice, feel your body and mind soften, coming into a state of balance as you see and feel the world through new, empowering perceptions. Ego

As we move toward the equinox, you will feel a pull to embrace and balance. The ego is something we need on the earth plane as a way to create. However this is not who you are, it is just how you observe. It is the part of you that says "I am" and separates you from everything else, in order for you to observe and experience  your manifestations as a way to get clear and focus on what you want to create more of.

Because they feel so real, we have made our observations the reality - but just for a moment imagine what you feel, think and are, create your life - what if the inner creates the outer? Remember the truth of you, the inner self, the higher self cannot be sick, sad or depressed because it is oneness, love and eternal. Today, now that you know this, embrace all parts of you. Everything has a part to play in the manifestation of your dreams and desire.

What I have written today was prompted by some old writing of mine from September 2000. ♥All my life I have felt out of control, I have wanted people to like me because I haven't liked myself. I have been separate from my true self and have believed what I have seen. Fear has had me hanging on to things that have held me back.♥ Sometimes you have to remember how far you have come - we are all doing so well.  Namaste, Denise♥

Freedom

Allow the goddess the silvery moon to reflect the divinity that you are. Yes, you are a reflection of the divine, your job today is to find that in all areas of your life today. What is the divine being? - a being of infinite power, of infinite potential, of unlimited love….. Here to experience the highest quality of joy and bliss in the Universe beyond any human comfort or discomfort .

 

 

Now that you know this, how would you live your life? How would you be in this world, what could you create, what would you design, give life to in this reality that you are creating. There are no obstacles or limitations except for the ones you place upon yourself. You created these so you can created something new to focus upon and the obstacles and limitations will fall away from lack of attention. You are free to be you, Denise♥

The Moon Goddess

As the full moon shines upon us, imagine silver shimmering rays of unconditional love and compassionate loving kindness, floating toward you.  The moon reflects all you are feeling. She honours your bravery to be self - reflective, as she mirrors the light of the sun sending it to you on the waves of silver light. Feel this radiance move through you, allow the illumination to awaken your third eye and see deeper and further than you have before. A full moon brings about completion, release and celebration, Illuminating your inner world and deepest desires. Feel this Piscean full moon, let go - let go and allow the water of life to gently embrace you, flow, be fluid, for the only reality is what you feel and experience in this moment. Not the past, not the future - nothing matters except what you choose in each moment. Allow this moon to illuminate love and cosmic bliss and feel into life, open your heart and let life in. This silvery ocean of oneness that flows to us on moonbeams of the goddess is beyond the intellect, beyond words. Feel yourself flow and float in the silence and love of this healing ocean as you allow your soul, wisdom and love to touch your physical and psychic senses. Today, I willingly allow forgiveness of myself, others, situations and places that are holding me back from who I know I am. I breathe love and life into my dreams and visions, allowing myself to see and feel with love, compassion and understanding. My clear insight and knowing is reflected in my outer sight and knowing.

 

Choose one word that best describes your deepest value, affirm it, hold it dear, remember it, breathe life into it, and live it. This word will be a guide and a support in your daily life. It will provide a foundation for choice and action...... bringing much clarity - keep this word as long as it inspires and feel good - when it no longer does either of these, a new word will emerge that connects to your deepest value. You are Inspiration

 Look to yourself for inspiration – allow the manifestation of others to inspire and move you to your rich source of creativity. Each of you is a spark, a stream of consciousness – expanding, growing, becoming more, allowing life to move through you. Start from where you are, transform and free yourself from all the various layers of false identity and security that hold you back and keep you bound to the past. Say to yourself -"I participate actively in my transformation. I listen to myself as my feelings tell me when I am holding on, when I am being rigid and resistant. I feel the difference when I let go and allow the energy of transformation to carry me forward into freedom."

 

Take a deep breath, move your awareness to a place in you that feels balanced and soft, as you breathe out let go of any resistance in your body or mind that is out of balance, that which feels hard. Feel this soft, balanced feeling and perspective expand within you - focus on your breathing until your whole body feels soft and relaxed - take as long as you like. Focus on feeling, and know that you can control how you feel by focussing on this softness within you - if you find yourself being distracted by your focus on the outside world or your thoughts, gently bring yourself back to your breathing and your inner world. As you connect to balanced, focussed, unconditional you - your soul inspiration will reveal your highest, most loving, most fun, most exciting, most abundant way to be in this world. You are Wise

 

In every moment, be present and feel into your feelings. A door will open and you can step into the wisdom of you, your higher self and the divine wisdom of the Universe. If you are in the future or the past, this door cannot open. Sense your wisdom by being present and you will always know what the next logical step will be. You are wise. Namaste, Denise♥

Peace

In the light of the dark moon, honour all that is light and dark within you. All flows from love, at the heart of all experience and all things is love. In knowing this - never again will you blame, try to change or run away from what is perceived darkness.

Allow the contrast of light and dark to move you to new ideas and creations, the anger or pain you feel is a reminder to come back to you, for you have allowed something outside of yourself to split you from you. However, on the Earth plane we need this split, for it causes us to look at the world differently and we give birth to new ways of being.

Instead of pushing against and trying to change the thing you are looking at, which will cause more of the same energy to be in your life, say "Thank you for reminding me to come home to me, to realise the peace I seek is already here. Let me come home to this place, I will be in balance and then I will look outside from this loving, balanced, peaceful place." Let go, allow all to be as it is.

Come to peace with all, then from this loving place, inspired action will bring about a whole new path. This will illuminate a solution  that you would never have seen if you stayed in an unbalanced place. Let us all take great leaps forward into love - fear will just fall away from lack of attention. NEW MOON IN VIRGO

NEW MOON IN VIRGO, September 5th AUST EST 9.36pm, GMT 11.36am, BST 12.36pm, PDT 4.36am.

The New Moon gives us the opportunity to go within. Feel it as a black, velvety matrix - a void where all possibilities are one in the heart of creation - the seed of new beginnings. Virgo's wisdom gives us the opportunity to change, shift and morph into the best physical vehicle for this particular moment in time. Visualise yourself as an efficiency master connected and listening with an open heart to the Earth, to Gaia the consciousness of the Earth. You will realise creative ways to organise your space, work and home, creating order out of seeming chaos. 

 Be still, breath and feel your heart gently expand…...find, imagine or see your dreams and desires... hold them in your heart and imagine them being engulfed in amethyst light……this light is transforming them into a sphere of amethyst crystal. Take this sphere of crystal containing your dreams and desires and hold it in your hands - feel it, look at it. This is your seed of creative possibilities - ready to plant. Mother Earth sends her heart light towards you as a ray of emerald green light. It moves around your hands and your amethyst sphere, your seed. Let go of your seed and feel Mother Earth planting it in her womb, deep within the earth. Here it will be nurtured, fed and loved. Here, it will start to grow, to manifest…..You have planted your seed. The Flow of Love

You are a rich source of love. However, if you constantly give to others and don’t allow yourself to receive, you will always be separate from whom you truly want to be. Giving and receiving happen in the same moment they are not separate,it is happening whether you let it in or not.

 

If you hold it away from you, you disrupt the flow and will feel uncomfortable. This uneasy feeling is a message to prod you into a new way of being, it is not, as often thought by your inner critic that you have done something wrong or that you are not enough. When you take the prod as a message and not a punishment, you will stop taking things personally.

 

Once you let receiving into your life you will allow everything you desire to manifest. Allow all to be as it is and you will feel soft and balanced, in a space where love and passion inspire you to give, live, create and receive. We are all a part of whom we have met and dream to be. All things are Possible

Open yourself to this possibility - "All things are Possible."

Visualise a flow of love entering your solar plexus. This love calms and heals you - love & fear cannot co-exist in the same space as they are different vibrations. Visualise you are safe and will know what to do in any circumstance or situation - this will become your reality.

 

Say this affirmation to yourself: “I am empowered by the passion of my own potential and I transform through focus upon this. I trust I am a channel of love and wisdom & my soul/spirit/ higherself will guide me in all times and situations - so I can relax, have fun and live my life."
