I am working at the
Mind Body Spirit Expo at Darling Harbour today. I am on The Blue Angel Gallery
stand at F51 with my teachers, mentors and friends Martine and Toni. A long
time ago they pointed me in the direction of my heart with these words "If
you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you
are undergoes a transformation."
Come
and say hello - As we move toward the new moon and solar eclipse, I look
forward to many magical, inspiring encounters. This is a time to wake up, rub
the illusions from your eyes and gently gaze at the infinite possibilities and
freedom that are everywhere your focus takes you. You are transforming to a
