When you meditate things begin to occur on a very deep level of your being - often deeper than you are aware of. If, when you are meditating you feel your thoughts are running you or you can’t seem to focus and relax - know that healing is taking place on some level and you will feel better.

It is not necessary for the... unexpected, extraordinary experiences to be a part of your meditation, this may sometimes occur but if it doesn’t, it isn’t a sign that our practise has been watered down or useless.

So regardless of what you may think, each time you meditate you love and embrace a little more of love self… moving you closer to your centre, your infinite being of wonder, love and beauty.
