Earth Angel

A choice does not mean it is forever. It can be from day to day and that one intention will lead to another; intention builds on itself.

Be gently for you don’t need to know what your purpose is here on earth in the larger sense; instead ask yourself when you wake up in the morning, “what’s my purpose here on earth today?” Keep it simple.

Practice setting intention in your day to day activities and it will become easier to manifest larger intentions, year to year... or lifetime to lifetime.......

Have you fully landed?

Close your eyes and imagine that you are seeing the earth from space. How wonderous and beautiful it is! Green, blue, white, light and dark. Infinite, endless stories are being played out on earth.

Be aware of yourself on earth, playing out your story, creating your story and of that consciousness that sees the whole, from the perspective of space. Come closer and closer until you feel yourself here right now in this moment, fully landing on Earth, your feet on the ground.

Know you are a stream of consciouness - the Higher consciousness that embraces all in the Universe and you, the physical manifestation of your higher counsiousness into your magnifencent body. Gaze at your loving hands, how will you create and mould your life - Look at your feet and feel them on the ground.

Choice

Life purpose is whatever path you decide on for all is free will. To apply free will we must have something to choose.

All sides of an experience come to us, however in the conditional world, the ego will observe only one side either the negative or positive.

Then we decide we like it or we don't, pushing something away or pulling it towards us. Pushing and pulling tells us that we are being run, disempowered by the experience - I need this to be happy or I don't want this it makes me unhappy.
Neither are true for they are both out of balance statements a reminder that we can be pushed around by the observed conditional world as we make choices through fear.

Know thyself - let us move to the place is us that is easy and gentle, our centre, the unconditional world. This is our essence, our higher and true selves where you experience from a whole perception - seeing, feeling, being all sides able to make choices and actions fully informed through love.

We think the choices we are to make are in the conditional world, which way do I go, what can I do to feel worthy - however the choice is really about conditional or unconditional, love or fear.
 
We live in a limitless world where we can expand beyond anything we know. Your higher purpose is always something you love. Enjoy a magically, creative day filled with love choices, All is well, Denise

Meditation Class - Colour

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Each colour of the light spectrum has its own ray and energetic vibration – these interact with and affect our personal energetic vibration. Colour can have a profound effect on your mood, vitality and well-being – experience the creative, healing and calming effect a colour meditation brings.

Sit quietly, connect to your breath, allow the rhythm of The Universe, The music of the Spheres to flow over and within you. Imagine you are sitting under a vibrant rainbow. Imagine the colours of that rainbow pass over and through you in waves of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Breathe the colours in one by one - stay with each colour as long as you need to. See all the colours dissolve into white light. Sit quietly in this awareness of you, when you feel ready move into an "unfolding of wonderment" day.

Forgiveness

Today, I willingly allow forgiveness of myself, others, situations and places that are holding me back from who I know I am.

I breathe love and life into my dreams and visions, allowing myself to see and feel with love, compassion and understanding.

My clear insight and knowing is reflected in my outer sight and knowing.♥

Mabon - Autumn Equinox

Today is Mabon - Autumn Equinox in the southern hemisphere and Ostara - Spring Equinox in the northern hemisphere - a time when the light of day and the dark of night are equal.

Wherever you are, know this energy gives you an opportunity to balance and embrace all parts of yourself as you let go of any barriers and obstacles that have been holding you back from you. It is time to review and contemplate all I have accomplished and created. It is time to let go - I honour all that I have done. Whatever I have created, whatever I have accomplished, I will no longer cling to it.....I let it go.... I move on, in order to create more- accomplish more. We are one and connected to all.

During the day feel the sun illuminate your outer world and during the night feel the moon reflecting the solar energy to illuminate your inner world. Know the power of your mind and feel the expansiveness of your heart, unite them in a sacred marriage and become one with you. The illusion of unbalanced thinking melts away - you now become love, gratitude and grace - seeing and feeling the perfection of all. Everything, person, place and situation has a core of unconditional love that is calling you to your heart, your essence, your soul.

The Mind is beautiful

We enter and explore the mind not to master it, but not to be mastered by it. You don't have to change your mind, make and force it to be different to what it is, just because you don't like what it is saying.

We are not battling the mind, we are making love, peace and embracing the mind. From this vibration of unconditional love, your mind and heart heal and open, coming together in harmony - now from this balanced place you can do what Gandhi suggested we do in order for us to be free "Be the Change you want to see in the world ". Be inspired by your Divine Love, Wisdom And Strength.

Allow yourself to connect to what inspires and illuminates your joy and love – information is just information, it does not matter where it comes from. Take what feels right for you and throw the rest out. Today allow yourself to be open to the creative heart of the Universe - feel liquid light and love expand within you.♥

Rebirth

Today I awake to a new beginning - the tears have washed away the old, the pain, the resistance. Let us all take a deep breath, put one foot in front of the other and move.

Start from where you are - there is no need for plans, itineraries or expectations, embrace all that comes your way,let the moment decide your response. Mother Earth surrounds you with emerald green light that flows from her heart, helping you to feel safe under a sheltering sky.

The veil of illusion is parting - new ways are being revealed, stories are being brought into balance and love. Allow your higher perspective to unveil the truth of anything that has been shrouded in an old story of limitation or blame. Feel your new balanced sight as love. Now you know what the choice is and can choose love in any moment.

♥The cosmic seal of awareness is awakened. Consume it like a fruit and let it blossom within you. Feel this energy with clear awareness and attention and an awakened state of remembrance will naturally blossom within you.

Remembrance means having direct access to your expanded presence through an intrinsic perception of unity. Remembrance is your recognition of a larger patter and your connection to it, often facilitated through dreams, art, music, colours and creative pursuits.

The veil over your true self is lifted by your clearly aligned intent. Ask and you shall receive. Acknowledge and activate your birth right of divine connection. You shall be sensitised to the vibration resonance of cosmic communication. Create a relationship with your essence self and a deep cellular remembrance will be activated.♥

Surrender

Today I find great love, gratitude and wonderment at all I have accomplished and created. It is time to let go - I honour all that I have done. Whatever I have created, whatever I have accomplished, I will no longer cling to it.....I let it go.... I move on, in order to create more - accomplish more.

As I stand in my local park, observing the deciduous trees transforming, a gentle breeze brings a rustling from the leaves that moves within my heart. Thank you leaves for your wisdom.

The time is ripe for a leaf to release itself from the tree, It has been feed, nurtured and sustained, but it is only in letting go that it will transform. It releases from the tree and drifts like a feather to the waiting arms of Mother Earth. She embraces and welcomes the brave leaf, transforming it into the eternal, loving embrace of all. Here the leaf becomes part of the rich soil where new seeds are planted and grown. A new creation starts………...

Each moment releases the wisdom, love and empowerment needed to bring balance to every situation, person or place active in our energy in that moment.

If you are focused somewhere else in space or time you miss the gift, for the only time we ever truly have is now. Be fully present in each moment allowing the moment to decide your response.

Pay attention, be present - don't believe anything, don't place old stories, beliefs or assumptions on to any situation or person. If you believe your beliefs it will divide and hold you away from the moment.

Look to self and feel the energy of the full moon wash away the belief of perfectionism - for all is perfect in each moment.♥

Your intuition is the feeling manifestation of your higher self - lifting you to love.♥

Take a deep breath, move your awareness to a place in you that feels balanced and soft, as you breathe out let go of any resistance in your body or mind that is out of balance, that which feels hard.

Feel this soft, balanced feeling and perspective expand within you - focus on your breathing until your whole body feels soft and relaxed - take as long as you like.

Focus on feeling, and know that you can control how you feel by focussing on this softness within you - if you find yourself being distracted by your focus on the outside world or your thoughts, gently bring yourself back to your breathing and your inner world.

As you connect to balanced, focussed, unconditional you - your soul inspiration will reveal your highest, most loving, most fun, most exciting, most abundant way to be in this world. From this place that action………….♥

Resurrection

The new paradigm, the new dignity is a resurrection, not a literal one after death, just a new spiritual identity after you finally give up the old one and allow it to fall away.

It is a lightness of being, “beyond the beyond” falling into grace and the embrace of people of like mind, who also went through the uncertainty of letting go, to the spiritual resurrection that is on the other side. They arrived as you will, to the new paradigm and dignity that awaits.

The Mystical Tree

The Mystical Tree grounds the creative process of ideas, thoughts and information flowing from the heart of the Universe. The branches of the tree catch these thoughts and ideas through the rays of the sun, the beams of the moon and the light of all. This flows down the trunk into the roots, anchoring the thoughts, ideas and light into us all and Mother Earth for the healing, love and growth of all people and all things.
