If you feel old ways, beliefs, ideas or your family and ancestors stirring and mixing within - projecting into your perception of reality, dreams or thoughts - remember why you came here. You came here to create in order to become more of who you are - feel the joy and wonderment of this, every experience brings you closer to what you love.
Let yourself heal - use your will, your intention to understand with compassion the perceptions and experiences that you carry. Become intimate with you before trying to help another and respect the right of another to carry the pain they choose in order to find the truth of their higher self.
Today be aware of your hands - see them talk, point, move, gesticulate, opening, closing, waving hello and goodbye. Feel them feeling into your life and embracing the beauty of your creation. ♥♥♥
