Meditation Classes

Meditation Gathering - coming together to feel our natural state of being, in a space of allowing all to be as it is. Tonight 7pm and Friday at 10am, $12 - all welcome, no need to book. The weeks topic is "Being in Balance even when you observe imbalance around you."

In every moment you come to conclusions about desirable and undesirable observations and feelings. When you make up your mind about something, it feels like a conclusion that is right and you delight in the evidence that supports the conclusion.

If you focus on something that you don't want, then take delight every time you see evidence of this thing you don't want, it holds you away from the balance you seek - this is called justification. Then people say to me "See I told you that would happen" and my answer is "Well yes, you created it."

So what do you do, feel into and connect to what makes you feel easy and soft, imagine your dreams and desires - even if your desire is to just feel a little easy in each moment - every big dream starts with a small step. As you feel this focus your desire will follow for this is your point of focus.

Have faith, for faith is the evidence you can't see try not to be seduced by the evidence you think you can see. Your evidence is a choice to feel a little easier in each moment, know you will feel good by focusing on that.

Relax, be still… Allow yourself to relax as you float in the ocean of infinite love. Just rest and know you are sustained by this great ocean of strength and of infinite peace. Your Higher self, angels, guides, loved ones and the whole Universe see you as love, as your truth, as the beautiful soul that you are – in this moment, in this place - see your self as they do. no judgment , just waves of pure unconditional love.
