Today I am fumbling around in the dark, flaying and grasping for words to appear. This often happens when I am integrating new ideas and feelings, trying to force an explanation & make sense of it.
Instead I will feel myself through this - give myself a break and get out of my own way … So I will meditate and allow Kurt Vonnegut to do the talking for me today.
