At Meditation class tonight at 7pm and 10am Friday - $12, we will practise mindfulness.

♥For a minute today, close your eyes and become aware of your breath. Follow it with your mind as it moves in and out of the body… feel your thoughts, feelings, tension and tightness being carried away by your breath - floating and melting away. If your mind wanders, just gently return your attention to the breath...♥
