Close your eyes and become aware of your breath. Don't try to regulate it. Just become aware of it. Follow it with your attention as it moves in and out of the body. Notice the inhalation and the exhalation. Know your lungs are being soothed and nourished with eternal breath, filling your senses with joy and filling your heart with grace and gratitude for this eternal moment.
Allow your thoughts, emotions, tension and tightness to melt away, being carried and transformed by your breath. If your mind wanders, it may try to involve you in thoughts of what you could or should be doing, just gently return your attention to the breath and feel yourself relax into the Breath of Life.
