Meditation and Divine Guidance

Stilling the mind does not mean there is nothing going on in the mind, it is simply an awareness of all that is within and around you and not attaching to that. When you become attached, feelings of annoyance, frustration, anger and perfectionism may arise.

There are many things in the world that can distract you, holding you apart from yourself. Meditation is a great practise, allowing you the awareness of coming to peace with all of your inner and outer noises. Listen to this music, Temple of Silence by Deuter, one of my favourite pieces, breathe love into all and feel it transform into peace as you move deeper and deeper into the essence of you.
