Allow yourself to receive the creative, unconditional life force that flows from the source of all…. Breath….. Feel it flowing into your hands and allow it to freely express itself through you. Your hands are warm and are ready to create and shape your life, your dreams, your desires. Place your hands at your heart, or anywhere on the body.
