Acceptance


For some of us, as a child we learnt that when we operated from who we are, we got into trouble, we learned that there is something wrong with us. We don’t want to have that experience again so we try harder and harder to be the person we’re supposed to be. What I am suggesting is “There never was anything wrong with you.” It’s OK to be who you are, okay to have all your feelings. That’s what sentient beings have – feelings.
