Discovery

Today, I am fumbling around in the dark, desperately flaying & grasping for words to appear as my mind struggles with the concept of thinking from the heart.

This often happens when I am integrating new ideas & feelings, trying to force an explanation & make sense of it. All I need do is give myself a break & get out of my own way … So I will meditate, give myself Reiki & allow Albert Einstein to do the talking for me today.
