A belief is a thought we think many times or are told over and over again - when you change your thoughts you change your beliefs.

Today you may like to say to yourself: I am not limited by my past or future thinking. I choose my thoughts with care and mindfulness. I constantly have new insights and new ways of seeing my world. I am willing to change and grow. ♥♥♥
