I have just finished meditating in preparation for tonight’s class. I asked a raven to show me my direction in life. I felt the most magical experience as I flew with the raven and watched it land in Monument Valley located in the US states of Arizona and Utah. This place reminds me of the old westerns (the pioneer spirit), Mars and the Navajo. I am not sure what any of this means however I am sure it will unfold in time and surprise me. Next time you are meditating you may like to ask the raven to show you your direction in life and watch where it lands.

My Meditation
